It's was absolutely lovely, the cats just chillin, the eighties and nineties memorabilia, and the very friendly and helpful staff, made our first experience of a cat cafe an amazing one. To the previous negative reviews ..the workers do stand around and watch at times because the cats are rescued and some of them have complex needs and like any cat owners yes you'd want to make sure everyone is respecting the house rules I don't see how this would be an issue so not sure why the negativity.. cats sleep most in the day so yes its common sense that they will be asleep or resting. They arent dogs that are constantly prancing about! Milkshakes were lovely, and if it was nesquick as the previous negative review stated then it was a bloody lovely nesquick ..the money goes to support the cats and the volenteers so stop moaning and id like to add no im not a volenteer, or friend im a genuine customer who has visited twice now and will be back again 🫶 Just think take it as it is and stop being snobby

A young man came to meet us when we rang the number on the door. He was incredibly helpful and although he was booked up that week he helped us find an alternative as we had driven 5 for hours. Not only that, he then arranged a full refund for us when he handed NO obligation to do so. Now that is OUTSTANDING customer service. Based on this alone, I can strongly recommend staying here as if the staff go above and beyond like this then I can only imagine that they are fantastic hosts. The gentleman who runs the place is so lovely and friendly and the other staff are also wonderful. We have been for breakfast and lunch and always return as the food is so fresh and delicious. Always great to talk and make requests with, polite and understandable and make their food with pride n love. I once had an issue with my order (no fault of the staff) and the owner came out and delivered a replacement herself since then they've expanded and hired new staff and their menu has even evolved a bit more. The Vault is in where HSBC used to be (several years ago), and you can sit inside the actual bank vault, so I guess that's where the name comes from.
