Other customers was given the latest steamboat and grill but not mine, i got the old one and its not even functioning. I mean if you have decided to changed to a new grill and steamboat, why not change to latest new one and not giving your customers the grill and hot pot that is broken, broken switch, loosen port, its like we have to play a survival game to make the grill steamboat to turn on.
