Giving this place 4 stars only for the quality and taste of food. The service is very very unhurried, especially the guy who was serving food in the self service counter as you can see in my pictures. Man that uncongenial guy is totally unwelcoming as if he is doing a favour by serving us. Dude that’s your job. You have to continuously repeat your order till he makes it properly. If you order kachoris he won’t give you chutney, if you order poha he won’t guide you where the spoon is, if you order something else, he’ll not listen and pretend he didn’t hear. What a lazy bum. Then if you ask for a bill he’ll be like kaka ko aap hi items bata dena to bill ban jayega. That man just does not want to work. But all this hassle was easily overcome by the delicious kachoris, idli, and poha. They need to improve their dhoklas though. You just cannot leave this place without trying their warm delicious jalebis. They have a limited menu for breakfast which is alright I guess, so please keep that in mind.

The food was delicious, especially the efforts of chef to customise as per request (without chilly) are commendable.. deserves 5⭐️ But But… the rating goes down because of the service and attitude of Manager, esp Ashok Solanki. To start with, when i entered the restaurant, he saw that the customer had walking difficulty and was using walking stick to climb restaurant stairs, despite watching it through glass window he doesn’t have courtesy or humanity to get up to open door.. next he seems totally disinterested in handing menu, taking order etc. When ordered half plate of dal snd half plate of jeera rice, he says there is no item as half plate rice. I had to show it to him on menu. When he brings the food, no offer to help in serving the food on plate (which i did on own). No spoons or fork or water was offered. I had to ask for each and every item and with much disinterest he seemed to be doing. Whilst i had my dinner, the entire time he was playing some hindi show on his tablet with loud volume. At the end of dinner, when i asked for bill, he didn’t bring it for long time expecting me to go to his counter to settle the bill. Finally i had to ask him in clear words to bring bill to table. In hospitality industry a person at front desk should be willing and enthusiastic to the customer, Mr.Ashok lacks every aspect of such quality for being on front desk. There are no Negative Star hence no star for service. He ruins the whole experience of dining for customer and the ratings for the restaurant.
