The platter starter was absolutely 🤤 this was followed by a huge amount of duck with my friend having the vegetarian option as she doesn't like duck, this was also absolutely delicious and full of flavour. Main courses were amazing as well. A hidden gem in Northampton town centre. Excellent service from the waitresses and from the manager. Highly recommend as a fantastic all you can eat in Northampton town centre!

My first time here and will definitely be back. This chinese restaurant is an "all you can eat" style but ordered from a menu rather than a buffet. Everything is cooked fresh to order. Portions are generous but not overly so and if you want more of something you simply just ask. We each had a selection of starters, crispy duck, and main course. Everything was well presented and the staff were friendly. One chap even took the time to attempt to teach me how to use chopsticks... thankfully they also gave me a fork. We went on Saturday 25th February 2023 and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was as good as always tasty, hot and to die for. The new staff were attentive, going above and beyond in every way. The manager Sandy was so lovely, professional and also went the extra mile to make the evening so memorable. The handwritten sign showed Buffet for £18.90 per adult so we thought why not. We asked whether we could view the food on offer before we decided to eat, they were accommodating. The food looked good, so we settled for eating here. There was plenty of food options available however it soon became apparent that most of the food was deep fried.. it felt like a heart attack on a plate and unfortunately after a short period of time.. we lost flavours as all we could taste was that of a deep fat fryer. The food remained hot which was a positive and kept being replenished. There was good dessert options, tasty and not just the obligatory cakes that look different but taste the same. It was not the worst Chinese, however I would worry for my health eating here too often. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ladies toilets were clean and tidy. Recently, they've been terrible, most recent took around an hour to actually deliver, two hours if you include the order itself, the food eventually arrive, the chips were cold and soggy, the chicken dumplings were cold and hard, the rice was barely warm, and the sweet n sour chicken had barely any sauce, less chicken than an Asda microwave meal and was barely warm, I had to reheat all expect the chips in my own microwave, had to bin the chips, tried to have the dumplings but wasn't good. Everything was well over seasoned, too much salt and sugar in most dishes.
