Chang's & back when I wore a tie would visit a couple of times a month. It's been awhile, so when I saw this location in Lubbock, during on a long rode trip ,I was excited. Unfortunately that excitement was short lived. The service was fantastic, seated quickly, food came out quickly, all my needs met. However, the food was sub par. The rice was dry like it came out of a buffet style food warmer. The lettuce, for my lettuce wraps, had brown spots like it was ready to go bad & the meat itself was stale. Again, like it came out of a buffet style warmer and had been in there too long. So in conclusion, the service was great the food was not. I would not recommend this location. It is not up to the standards of their other locations.

Our Fried Rice looked like regular White Rice.... Very disappointed with the food quality and customer service. Don't traumatize your taste buds with this "chinese food". The line was long. We waited about 20 minutes. The crew was working as hard and as fast as they could.
