Usually I'm most happy with my order when I get it. However with that being said the last couple times I went everything was off. I should have heeded the warnings when the hostess that took my order kept asking me to repeat how I wanted my food prepared. I will admit I am very specific and picky about my food and will more often than not usually have preparation requests. However if I'm willing to spend money in these restaurants than I need my food prepared the way I want it. So it was just sad when I got home and none of my requests were honored. Enjoyment level could have easily been a 8 but went down to 4. I do not like celery or sesame seeds on my sushi and I emphasize that three times to the girl, it had both. I also noticed the last couple of times I ate there that the food wasn't top quality like it tastes watery as if it was frozen too long. That's not my usual experience at Red Bowl so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I've been missing out! The whole experience took me back to the old-school Chinese restaurant we always visited on beach trips when i was a kid. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. We had moo goo gai pan, Hunan chicken, lo mein, and it was all very good. The bourbon chicken was excellent, what I'll probably order when I return--and I will return! The customer service was friendly and our server was patient with our detailed order. I recommend New China!

I was sweating profusely, had horrible intestinal distress, and was trying not to vomit. I had to text my family to go get the car and pull up to the entrance of JCPenny to take me home. I literally couldn't walk back thru the mall to go to where the car was parked. I'm here on a small vacation to visit family and wanted to take my daughter shopping. I felt so horrible to cut that short. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. It truly felt like they hated everyone that was ordering! If you hate it that bad then shut it down. Still upset just thinking about it! Maybe that's because the gurgling my stomach is making RIGHT NOW at 2am is forcing me into the bathroom.
