It looked very interesting so we decided we would give it a try. I must say I am glad we did have a look as the ambience and the food was fantastic. The wait staff were very helpful in suggestions for our order. We wanted a lot of share plates rather than main meals do we ordered from the entrees and the buns. It was great as we could order extra as we needed more food, and it didn’t take long to come out. All the food was fresh, looked fantastic and was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised when it came to the bill also. Good quality food and a reasonable price. Thank you Mouthful Duck for a fantastic experience. We will be back.

Honey chicken was large, very dry chunks of batter with almost no chicken, as pictured. (We took some out before the photo) Lemon chicken was dry, and tasted somehow like fish, as if it was cooked in oil used for fish. The pork looked nice, was a little chewy and had no flavour. All of the sauces were watery and lacked flavour. The staff member who served me was friendly, the best part of the experience unfortunately. I rang up and complained, Spoke to 3 different people finally got onto the owner and he told me I need to bring it back as he did not believe me. The sweet n sour is awful with small pieces of over cooked meat and so much greasy batter. I spotted 2 small prawn in the combination fried rice. The chicken meal I liked the sauce they used on the chicken and most of the pieces tasted great, though the greens in that meal was hard and dry. I found the ribs meal was a bit of a letdown it was on the dry side and was a little bland, the Steamed rice was cooked to perfection as to be expected. The lemon chicken was delivered in a box that was torn open, with pieces spilled into the bag. What was left was awful, with tiny pieces of chicken hidden inside thick batter that had been deep fried then left to go soggy. When I took the lid off the satay beef it smelled off, I was too scared to eat it. Honey chicken was poor at best and even the rice seemed dodgy. Omelette was half full. Very disappointed to see the local Chinese go this bad. I'll have to go elsewhere despite trying to shop locally. Just not worth it. Also the most expensive around at $22 for large dish.

I dine in at Enjoy Inn on a regular basis with my elderly mother and cousins. We rang tonight to dine again, but they were closed for what we assumed were holidays. We went to another Chinese restaurant up the hill instead. And the fact we received such terrible food at the other venue, made us realise and appreciate how amazing Enjoy Inn is that I just had to write a great review. Every time we have been the food has been, fresh, flavoursome and very generous. Doris always remembers our favourite dishes and is just so friendly, we look forward to seeing her every time. My Italian mother just goes crazy for the sweet and sour pork, she said it’s her favourite dish to eat, ever! My cousin always talks about their amazing chilli beef dish, which I have to agree with. Although we know they deserve their well earned break, we miss them so much and look forward to our next meal there!
