千万别在酒店餐厅吃饭,预付晚餐的费用根本不值这个价。早餐还不错——简单又美味。晚餐的美食餐厅(充其量)看起来挺花哨,味道却寡淡。鱼很腥(对于一个爱吃鱼的人来说)。有几道菜特别苦(不仅仅是“故意为了调味”——而且吃完之后也不只是我们这样,哈哈)。顺便说一句,如果你想吃素食,祝你好运。食品安全和员工的担忧——糟透了。我敢肯定(又一次)酒店的Christophe会回复说:“肉的烹饪程度是粉红色或珠光色,厨师随时为您服务……”等等等等,好吧。我们最后一次去那里的时候,鸡肉端上来的时候还是生的(不是因为什么原因……是生的,而且烹饪不当),工作人员根本不在乎。我们把菜退回去的服务员既没有提供替换的盘子,甚至没有道歉,根本没人处理这件事。我们付了全款账单,然后去了其他地方。酒店可能还会提到“您可以选择在我们另一家餐厅用餐”——我们没有……我们被明确告知,用餐时间不可转让。

Very Disappointed (From a couple who like heaping praise and avoid bothering with complaints, this hotel really almost ruined a wonderful vacation. We feel, especially how the hotel dealt with us after, that others should be aware).
We stayed here in winter for skiing and location is great. For the money though, DEFINITELY choose a different hotel. If you do stay here, DO NOT get the dinner included option. And, good luck if you have an issue with your room (we lucked out and had multiple issues). If you have issues, the hotel will gaslight you promising to make it right like with us... then refuse, ghost you (knowing you have limited options if you're visiting from far away in busy season), and post lying replies to reviews trying to show they are engaged and care (in our case, while ghosting us! lol).
We had serious issues with the rooms - made worse by hotel management. First off "Mountainside"/"Mountain View" does not mean you see the mountain or have a view... it means the opposite somehow... go figure. We also had malfunctioning heater that took several of the days to address and made sleeping impossible (in max heat that could not be turned off) the first 3 of our nights. I'm sure the hotel reply here will be something like "Mountain room to us means something different, you should be more careful/diligent". Well, we're telling you to be diligent because they want you to think you're getting a room with a view and if you don't do a deep dive, you'll get swindled like us.
DON'T EAT AT THE HOTEL RESTAURANTS it's not worth the "deal" for the pre-paid dinner option. Breakfast was good - simple and nice. The gourmet restaurant for dinner was (at best) fancy looking and bland tasting. Fish was fishy (from a person who loves fish). A couple things were super bitter (not just "as an intentional flavour thing" - and not just us afterwards lol). Good luck if you want a vegetarian option btw. Food safety and staff concern - dreadful. I'm sure (again) Christophe from the hotel will reply saying "level of meat preparedness is pink or pearlescent, and chef is available to you..." blah blah oookay. We had our last try there when chicken came out raw (not some specific way for a reason... raw and improperly cooked) and staff couldn't have cared less. The server we returned the dish to didn't offer a replacement plate or even apologize, noone addressed it. We paid our bill (full pop) and went to eat somewhere else. The hotel may also mention "you had an option to dine in our other restaurant" - no we didn't... we were told specifically the dining was not transferable.
By the way, the food in Meribel is amazing and there are many great restaurants. Trust us - don't eat lunch or dinner at Mont Vallon's two restaurants. Other options are plentiful, accessible, excellent, and the service is wonderful.
As a last note, the hotel really tried to play games with management having offered to refund some of our money and promised to be in touch to do so, then ghosted us intentionally. We tried emailing, calling, etc to discuss and they didn't reply to anything. The only replies were from manager Christophe who posted replies to our review with lies and nonsense.
Book somewhere else. If you do stay here, eat somewhere else. This hotel is in a great location, but it is in terrible hands. It just seems from the management downwards that a lack of professionalism, care, and quality impacts what could be a great place to stay. We are of course returning to beautiful Trois Vallees, but we are (and recommend you too should) steer clear of this hotel.
