The entrees came and everything was, again, just okay. The veal parmigiana was noticeably fresh however, and the accompanying vegetables and spaghetti were nicely cooked. My partner's penne came with perhaps a bit too much champagne in the sauce, perhaps up to personal preference, but it unfortunately did not amaze nor impress them all the same. The Fish was thin and over bartered, the Coleslaw was over drenched in olive oil, and the fries were the hero of the meal (except the ones that were soaked with olive oil at the bottom of the plate). The coleslaw that accompanied the fish was very underwhelming taste wise and the only things you could taste was olive oil and red onions which was disappointing after tasting the other meal. Now for the meal that was actually worth the money and was packed with flavour the Spicy Nashville Chicken Sandwich. From the first bite you are hit with various flavours that excite the pallet with tastes of the delicious pickled slaw and the buffalo butter! The size was good for the money and left my girlfriend feeling full enough that she needed to share the remainder with me which was greatly appreciated and needed because the two millimetre thick fish was too small to do anything for my hunger except move the needle slightly. If you’re going here I would suggest getting the pasta or the burger because both look like they would offer far more value. Ordered two beers and a cider between the two of us and that was enough for this meal.

Got a plate of poorly seasoned onions and green peppers. I ordered the Szechuan beef here for takeout add the restaurant does have facilities for dining in. Upon arriving home; I discovered that I've just have ordered the stir fry green pepper and onion dish instead. The dish had little actual beef, I guestimate 25-35% of the dish is beef. What's worse, the dish is improperly seasoned. The Szechuan flavor is barely there and is completely overshadowed by the massive quantity of onion present. These issues above may have been acceptable for a cheap means of satisfying a craving for Chinese food; if it were not for the price. The price of the dish came down to $14 after tax. My husband made reservations today, since he kinda knew it would be busy since Mother's Day is tomorrow. We arrived at 7pm, and it was packed. It is a hidden gem and such a breath of fresh air considering Brampton is largely overrun by giant big box restaurants. Both were really good and fresh. The couple really prepares food with love. If the pizza is not done they will again let it cook in oven for few minutes and won't rush packing it.
