We had the rice ball which was just ok. I wish they had an Alfredo sauce to choose instead. The coconut shrimp was good just smaller than I've had at other places but good flavor and i really liked the dipping sauce. It's a little spicy. The main dishes were good just not great. The food is too overpriced for the lack of flavor. My bread bowl was a waste of money. The gnocchi was good but the bread was hard and unable to be eaten. The alfredo dishes lacked something but i'm not sure what. I also don't understand why the alfredo is $22 but then you pay $4 for the fettuccine. I understand the $8 for adding shrimp. So shrimp alfredo is a $34 dish. The staff was very nice and on top of things. Hated how tight the booth was. Not enough room. Would not run back any time soon.

The eggplant was too thick to be 'rolled' and was more like flopped and topped with way too much melted cheese. It tasted 3x better the next day after the mozzarella cheese hardened and I could peel all of it off and allow the flavor of the sauce to come up. The side salad they served me was absolutely atrocious - felt like leftover lettuce with bottled dressing. It was a total letdown and I was appalled that something like that could have been served. The bruschetta was sweet. Way too sweet! And nothing like one would expect. The bread served with it only brought it down sadly unlike their table-bread which was much better. If you're expecting a typical bruschetta - this will hit the spot but for a different target. They charger ridiculous amounts for toppings - $4.99 for calabria peppers which turned me a bit off. This restaurant also does not have NFC so be warned in case you want to use a card and don't have it on you. They also don't let you punch in your card numbers. For a restaurant, they also have weird limitations - like no to go cups for your coffee. This restaurant is good for occasions for smalling groups though it can get tight inside.

Well, I'll start with the good. The Sicilian personal pan pizza is actually pretty damn good, though toppings being almost $2 each is... a lot. The pizza was the whole reason I came back a second time. The gluten free meatballs were pretty decent too. Now for the bad, the pasta sauce was mediocre and even that's kind of a generous statement. The pasta itself is pretty mushy but ive come to expect that of most gluten free Pasta to be fair. The up-charges for gluten free substitutions are INSANE in some cases. Like, grilled chicken instead of fried is a $2 up-charge which makes no sense since it is literally less ingredients. Gluten free Pasta is a $4 up-charge, highest I have seen at any pizza place restaurant i have been to since my diagnosis. And the worst was, I ordered a gluten free specialty pizza not realizing the meatballs on the pizza would not be the gluten free ones which I guess is kind of on me? But no one told me when I ordered and I did specify that I was sensitive celiac and stressed the importance thay everything be gluten free. So, I also got glutened here. Maybe it's fine for people with no dietary restrictions but celiacs beware!

When we reached out to the restaurant to inform them of the problems, we were told that they made everything correctly and refused to do anything about it. Both are totally burnt in spite of the different preparations and missing condiments and toppings. The grilled chicken is so hard you can’t chew through it - let alone cut it with a knife. The salad had wilted lettuce, one cherry tomato, and a giant pile of red onions. The roll on one of the sandwiches was broken in the container. They should be ashamed of the quality of food they are serving customers. The pierogies were good I guess? I know hard it is for restaurants these days, so I don’t make this review lightly. But I also know how hard it is for people to afford food these days as well and I suggest you spend your precious money elsewhere.

My first impression is pretty good. They were very accommodating & friendly when I asked for chicken with marinara sauce instead of Alfredo. Their marinara sauce isn't as tart as I like it but it was still very tasty and blessedly loaded with minced garlic. The pizza is really good as well and like the marinara sauce, the pizza sauce is more sweet than tart but the pie definitely has a good amount of cheese on it. The garlic knots, which I didn't order but got (thank you) are the bomb! The fries & the burger here were also fantastic as per the children that ate them. My only caveat and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because they put the hamburger and the fries in styrofoam boxes. Maybe they're cheaper but definitely not good for the Earth and they warp and could possibly melt when really hot food is placed in them. I think those items would do just fine in French fry bags and the burger wrapped in foil.

My personal favorites? Their Margherita Pizza and their Grilled Chicken Wrap. Their Margherita Pizza is probably the best in the area (outside of NYC ;) : it’s a perfect combination of sauce, basil and fresh mozzarella on a crispy crust... As for the Chicken Wrap, I could probably write another six paragraphs... but I’ll just say it’s a perfect combo of lightly grilled chicken with a touch of olive oil, with peppers, onions and cheese in a flour wrap.
