We both decided for the little known Summer at the Ivy set menu - excellent value for money with a glass of champagne included. My crispy duck salad was excellent, as was my minute steak. The deserts were both great, but the white chocolate vanilla cheesecake with mango sorbet was the best. It was packed so you definitely should book a table. We shared a mezze of vegan dishes. Falafels which were crispy but light and fluffy inside and perfectly spiced. Hommos silky smooth served with warm flatbread. Batata harra, amazing roast potatoes, crispy, slightly spiced with a kick of chilli. Tabbouleh, so tasty and zesty. We had drinks and it cost around £25 each and we were not hungry when we left. Service was great, very attentive but not pestering. Food presentation was nice, but didn't enjoy the breakfast it as it wasnt hot enough and didn't ask for any more. Also there wasn't a sufficient supply of pancakes everytime my son went up to the continental counter there wasn't any pancakes. Usually we would have another plate of breakfast items but due to temperature served we didn't bother. Kids eat free think with every paying adult

When we raised this matter with sales advisor Nasim he claimed according to his group chat on wattsapp its excluding the scoop of ice cream and its a further £1 per scroop, found thus very misleading according to desert menu deserts ordered should have come wih a scoop its not as if it stated ice cream is a extra . I would advise customers to not be drawn in by thier miseading advert online. Wont be returning here again. Also will have this looked into via trading standards for misleading advert.

I came here a while back to celebrate my friends birthday, after spending a lovely time we wanted to finish off the evening with some lovely desserts. I used to go there often however I stopped and haven’t been for a while, so my expectations were high. Disappointment isn’t even a word, the place has gotten worse and worse throughout the time it’s been open. Staff were really rude and we had to wait for ages by the door, even though it really wasn’t busy (1 table). After we went to order, staff took ages just faffing about not doing anything, having a conversation between themselves. One of them straight up refused to serve us even though she herself wasn’t doing anything. We decided to overlook this as we were so excited for the desserts, but oh boi have their crepes gone bad. A crepe I used to love and look forward to eating has been ruined so much, way too thick, too undercooked, too many toppings. It was just so bad, I’m sure a 7 year old could’ve done a better job. Will not be coming back there again, definitely the worst dessert shop I’ve been to. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning on coming here to to celebrate an occasion to rethink as the bad atmosphere made by the staff is sure to ruin your night

I came in with my family who travelled from different cities to have a fun evening at this dessert parlour. I was immediately shouted at by this lady at the front till and was told I will not be able to order anything other than waffles, which was fine by me. As I proceeded to order she was screaming at the top of her lungs to her colleagues who seemed very afraid of her. At 8.50 I was told I will be having to leave the store at 9.30 wether I have finished my food or not. I explained the store does not shut until 10 why would they close at 9.30. I was then threatened with security and recieved a barrage of abuse in front of my family, customers and staff. I then spoke to a lovely manager who was very apologetic and offered us free desserts. I did not take him up on his offer as I was afraid what this particular lady might do to our order. I will never be visiting this store again. This lady should never be in a customer sales position as she has done a diservice to the store. I have attached an image for store managers and customers to be wary and stay well away.
