The cucumber hadn’t been blanched before being marinated in chili oil, so it basically tasted like raw cucumber dipped in chili oil with peanuts — the flavors didn’t blend at all, and it wasn’t good. I ordered the “mild spicy” Lanzhou beef noodles. Before the chili oil melted into the broth, I took a sip of the clear soup — it had a strong beefy odor, which means the beef wasn’t properly treated to remove the smell before making the broth. The noodles themselves were okay — freshly hand-pulled — but as you can see from the photo, they were uneven in thickness, and because they weren’t properly cut, the doneness varied along the same strand. After the chili oil mixed in, the broth’s odor was less noticeable, but I suspect the oil used for the chili sauce was overheated, so it only had spiciness without any aroma. This was my first time lining up to eat noodles in Canada, and honestly, it wasn’t worth it. 我很喜欢吃兰州拉面，所以听说唐人街这家拉面很有名就来尝尝。店很小很小，座位不多，所以外面总排队。大多数的位置是对着墙的，让人对着墙吃很不舒服。店里服务不好，和快餐店一样。我们点了毛细面，不好吃，口感太一般了，像挂面一样。牛肉汤有些咸，回家喝了很多水。面有大中小三个size 我们不知道多大碗，结果点了“中”size的 ，超级大碗，如果是女生建议点小碗，不浪费。总之，不是很惊艳到的体验，倒是能吃得饱饱哒。

有些阿姨的态度不是很好，味道也比较一般，有的东西上桌都有点凉了…感觉不像现做的

周五中午时去吃的早茶，人没坐满，不用排队。传统的小推车模式，老派的越式酒家。经典品种都有。尝试了虾饺，豆苗虾饺，凤爪，腐竹鸡肉卷，牛肉肠粉，芥兰。推荐虾饺，豆苗虾饺，凤爪。

所有的菜都非常难吃，牛肉裹了好多嫩肉粉只有甜味，姜葱龙虾非常干，清蒸鱼也很甜而且好多鱼鳞。白斩鸡是微波炉加热的……

饭菜质量还不错，但不稳定，有一次点的皮蛋粥如同忘了放盐，淡而无味，有时上的菜品完全是凉的。领座和送餐的男生女士服务令人满意，但柜台里面收银的哪位女士服务态度不好。

打包一只北京烤鸭，特意嘱咐了别忘了放烤鸭酱，回家一看啥也没有，88块钱的鸭子买个寂寞，呵，如果可以给零分我连一颗星都不想给

一次性餐具给我整笑了，出来吃了个盒饭～然后，点了四个菜，前三个菜上了四十分钟吧… 吃完了第四个菜都没上 至今不知道第四个菜长什么样 太有有意思了～

Worst dimsum experience. Only 25% of tables were occupied but we waited 45 mins to be seated. Everyone was jam-packed at the entrance, no staffs, no lines, no queue numbers, just pure chaos. Then waited another 45 mins for the food to arrive, and be told that half of what we ordered were "sold out" (on a sunday at 12:30pm). The food was cold and the tofu roll we ordered (picture included) seemed to be reheated from yesterday's leftovers. The waiters and waitresses were all extremely patient and professional, taking the time to explain each dish while they were serving it to the table. The Hito White, Lager, Damidami, and Red Rice were all so flavourful and delicious. The taste was subtle yet noticeable and each one was in its own way fantastic. They really paired well with everything I ate. The entire restaurant is beautifully laid out. It provides both a rustic yet modern vibe and it provided a wonderful atmosphere to spend the evening near the Notre Dame Cathedral and La Grande Roue!

挺好的，说到蒙特利尔的东北菜，香妈妈一定是最先想到的店之一，出品的稳定度算是天花板了。基本还原在东北的东北菜馆90%以上的味道了。熘肉段疙瘩汤吊锅鸡酱扒茄子都可以直接给到夯，肘子锅包肉酸菜系列算是蒙城顶级（肘子可以稍微再烂乎一点点，锅包肉糖有点多可以稍微多烹一点点醋精，酸菜可以稍微再多洗一轮降一点点酸度）。另一个小小小建议，比较下饭的菜（比如酸菜白肉）建议多用姜粉代替姜末，不然有点抢味而且影响口感。

Wow! The food was amazing! We ordered the fried curry rice, beef/chicken satay skewers, mussel curry, and fried chicken. The fried curry rice with the spicy sauce and mild salt. It's great and savory because I love to eat spicy food. I do not recommend to put a lot of sauce in the fried rice if you cannot handle spicy, but you should try out a bit because it's more flavourable with a bit of spicy and sour. The skewers were delicious! The beef (juicy) and the chicken were marinated well and not too dry, not too salty and balance taste with the peanut and creamy sauce. For the fried chicken, it has balance of sweet and salty. Its sweetness isn't thick and you can still feel a bit of crispness in the skin. The best dish that we had is the mussels curry! We got recommended by a server and decided to try out. The first bite combined the rice and the curry soup, it's delightful and aromatic. The soup wasn't too creamy and salty. You can see there's a bit of oily in the soup. Also, there are bell peppers pieces inside the mussels but you do not taste them at all due to the overwhelming of curry taste.
