Despite how overwhelmed and flustered I was they were very patient and made sure to give me my delicious ice cream in a very fast manner. There is a rotating menu of all sorts of flavors to keep it interesting for repeat visitors last time we went, there was a strawberry balsamic and a spruce tip flavour. Whole they do have more standard flavours like chocolate or vanilla, this is not your typical store with tubs of tiger tiger and the other standard flavours! You can buy a pint of ice cream to take home with you as well. There are outdoor and indoor seating areas to enjoy your cone, and it's within a 5 min walk to Riverside Park, which is where we go to enjoy our ice cream. Would recommend!

With devastating interactions between my family and the employees running this establishment the decision has been made to never return here again and as an experienced guide I would never refer anyone to this location. There are inappropriate conversations between the employees and their friends who are there to visit, making derogatory remarks to fellow colleagues for cleaning the establishments restroom without proper hygiene equipment such as gloves to prevent chemical burns or bacteria from spreading. The employees have full on conversations with their visitors while customers are ordering from them and repeating what they would like because the employees conversation is interrupting the process.
