The Bloody Mary did seem that it was well assembled and does appear to be possibly a House recipe. The atmosphere was OK my waitress was really great. However, the hostess who sat me did not seem happy that I came into the restaurant. The way she looked at me and asked me how she could help me definitely made me feel like I was not welcome. I had clearly agitated her because I did not know what direction she was going when she was trying to go behind me to the door to lead me outside. She simply walked straight toward me and looked at me as if I was in her way. I did not know that that door was the only way to patio. I give a four stars because my waitress truly was very nice and super attentive. Even if I didn’t like her suggestion of food… but I would like to give my hostess a three stars, and that is just to be courteous. I did really like the location of the patio and viewing the boats out on the docks. I would go there again, but I would look for cheaper options to meet the quality of flavor.

It is located off the main street on a side street in Hyannis with limited specified parking. Lovely interior and so busy on a Sunday. There is also a bakery connected to the restaurant and bar. All has a a relaxed vibe but it can get a little loud. We decided on the traditional eggs Benedict and the Oeufs Pochés, poached farm eggs over seared crispy polenta cake, housemade spicy chorizo with tomato compote & Hollandaise sauce. We both loved the lightness and creaminess of the Hollandaise. The polenta was crispy outside, creamy inside and a perfect substitute for the typical English muffin. However, the spicy chorizo was not tasty. It was not too spicy; it was not all all appettizing. The home fries that accompanied the eggs Benedict were nothing to write home about. The service was fine. The food for all seemed to take longer than one might have expected to come out, but it was very busy at the time we were there. The bakery was bustling and we got a sourdough and a country sourdough to take home. Both were great, especially toasted. The restrooms and whole place was clean. I am not sure that we would choose to dine in again, but might stop on by to pick up some bakery items and breads if in the area.

Honestly, I think they must have just left the same coffee menu up from the previous owners without really appreciating what the different types of espresso drinks are. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, there is somewhat of a language barrier with the staff, so it's difficult to communicate the distinction. It's not the staff's fault, really -- they are super nice, and just haven't been trained (and are still learning english).
