That is the entire list of positives. The operation is very poorly run despite having a lot of people working there. They all seem to be serving one customer at a time and running in circles. The coffee was absolutely terrible, to the point of being undrinkable. Got a blueberry muffin that was cold and so hard you couldn’t break it. We asked them to warm up the muffins and they had no clue how to do that. Took my muffin for 10 minutes and it came back with it the exact same temperature when they left. When we did get our undrinkable coffees they weren’t labeled and no one told us which was which. When we asked they didn’t know either. Coffee is supposed to be relaxing, and this was not a good experience.

I alerted the staff who then got an attitude with me and told me to check their Instagram for updated flavors. So if you want to see updated flavors they are supposedly posted on their Instagram. My favorite here was the salted caramel, the whole ice cream tasted like that and inside was small pieces of chocolate covered caramel bites which were so good! I tried the cinnamon toast ice cream and it was just vanilla ice cream with soggy cinnamon toast crunch in it, if you like soggy cereal then maybe you'll like this. They have an olive oil ice cream had a very creamy texture and was quite good. I'm a fan of lemon so the lemon buttercake was absolutely delicious to me, it was filled with pieces of lemon bars! The butter pecan was just ice cream with some pecans and maybe caramel in it? Like a regular one but I like the flavor of the ice cream to have the pecan or caramel flavor in which this place did not. I also tried the milk & cookies which had a lot of oreos in it, I do wish it was a bit sweeter but other than that it was good. Overall the ice cream is definitely high quality and doesn't melt fast. One of the employees was really nice and helpful and the other employee had an attitude so I'm not sure what you're going to get when you come here! Either way the space is huge with a few tables here and there, it has a peaceful interior and great for some ice cream.

We were shocked! This cannot even be classified as miscommunication as it’s right there on the order form! Also, who would want a plain white cake pop for a floral theme focusing on various shades of purple?! They did agree to glaze the cake pop to match the color but that wasn’t any better! Never ordering from Bremma’s again! Won’t recommend to anyone as it’s overpriced and you will feel unheard and end up with a cake that doesn’t have any touch of professionalism!

Maggie was our server that morning, and she is a lovely pleasant young lady. We enjoyed a nice conversation with her in between the morning waves of customers coming to get their donuts and coffees. Atmosphere is fun and engaging, looks like the college students really enjoy this spot. There is also a bar above the donut shop that opens around 5pm. The restroom is through the place in the back, which is likely not their favorite location. In old buildings, you get what you get and don’t pitch a fit, right?
