Vor dem kleinen Warung knattern die Scooter und es hupt alle paar Augenblicke, weil irgendjemand vor der Kurve auf sich aufmerksam machen will (typisch für Bali). Der Warung ist nicht groß, lediglich 4 Tische laden zum Verweilen ein aber das sollte man als Gast des Mimpi Resort unbedingt gemacht haben :) Familiengeführtes Unternehmen, heißt das in Deutschland und von der Großmutter bis zur kleinsten Tochter sind alle involviert. Einfach super! Das Essen wird direkt nach der Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Jegliches Gemüse wird frisch geschält und geschnitten, während der Reis im Schnellkocher gart :) Da die Portionen sehr klein sind, haben wir uns für 4 Speisen entschieden. Als Special gab es am heutigen Tage Rippchen vom Grill in einer typisch balinesisches Soße. Unvergleichlich lecker!!! Das Hähnchen war ebenfalls köstlich und überrascht waren wir vom roten Reis :D Vorher noch nie gegessen aber in Kombination mit der Würzung und dem weichen Biss war es eine wahnsinnig tolle, kulinarische Erfahrung!!! Alle waren maximal freundlich und man hatte das Gefühl als Gast hier einfach dazu zu gehören und das war wirklich toll! Ganz sicher kein Restaurant für Leute, die gern mehr Schein als Sein mögen aber definitiv für die, die authentische balinesische Küche wollen und zu schätzen wissen. Preislich lagen wir mit 4 Speisen und 2 Getränken unter 200.000IDR und das ist einfach unschlagbar für die Qualität der Speisen und die schnelle Zubereitung! Kostenlos gab es das Flair, wirklich auf Bali angekommen zu sein und die Rezepte einer balinesischen Mutter verkostet zu haben<3
