They squeezed us in and apologized that the service may not be top notch as the tour was booked. We said fine and we waited. And glad we did not leave. Our room was an attic room. The temperature control for my room was set high above a chest of drawers so I could neither read it nor adjust it. Breakfast was nicely cooked, and served by a delightful smiling gentleman, who was the highlight point!

Not only is the Hotel supposedly inder refurbishment it has been for months with nothing changing inside. No where to go other than hours bedroom, no bar and no food available on site at all. Terrible standard to be left in... not to mention the fire hazards left lying around!

If you want to spend £179 on a hotel where you get given 3 numbers at reception to phone to try and get hold of someone to check you in, manager finally appears after waiting 30 mins, place stinks of mould and damp, shabby, tired, dated, mattress like bag of spanners, windows painted shut, yellowing old bedding, defensive owners then knock yourself out - this is the place for you.
