I was extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from the management. This was a very special occasion for my family, and the cake was a crucial part of it. I had high expectations for the cake and was looking forward to serving it to my guests. I was extremely disappointed that the cake was ruined and that the management didn't take any real steps to make it right. I do not recommend Misha's Cupcakes for any special events as they clearly do not take responsibility for their product and service. It was a huge disappointment for my daughter's first birthday celebration.

Where you are able to see everything in front of you instead of pictures. The cashier was super nice and knowledgeable of all the cupcakes. and gave good recommendations. I didn’t go to my regular Misha’s because I was just driving through on my way down to Key West and was craving for some Misha’s cupcakes. I don’t get them regularly because I live up North unless my BFF from Orlando is in the Miami area and she is nice enough to buy and send them to me. As she has done numerous times. The service here is always some of the friendliest I’ve experienced. The cupcakes are delicious, with thick buttercream frosting and moist cake, not made with lots of artificial ingredients. They have a large variety of flavors - some local specialties, like dulce de leche and key lime pie. Many cupcakes are actually available every day and not once or twice a week as the menu shows. The coffee is delicious as well. You can find tres leches from Versailles in a small fridge by the counter some days.
