I got a Cobb salad and all of the ingredients were giant. They only had plastic forks and knives and so I had to cut it all up myself and it was so bland and basic. The bacon had no flavor. They focus a majority of their menu on chicken hence the name of their place. They are actually known to be closed Sundays because they save that for religious purposes. They also try to stay community based rather than corporate based. This Chic-fil-a is located on Mendocino Avenue right across the street from the Santa Rosa community college as well as Santa Rosa high school so the crowd tends to be a lot of the youth or younger adults. I used to absolutely love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries there. They cooked the chicken well and the waffle fries were crunchy yet soft at the same time. And don’t even get me started on the choices of sauces they have! Even still, I love how many options there are. Now, this last time I went I can compliment the workers. I loved how giving the workers were that evening. Very nice and polite. Continue making your team like this! It definitely helps. As for the food I had the chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich and the chicken was not as crunchy as expected. It was actually quite soft. I also ordered waffle fries and they tasted stale. I ended up liking their chicken noodle soup better than the rest of it. My guest had ordered the chic-fil-A Cool Wrap and it was basically a wrap from the corner grocery store. I don’t know if it’s just this specific one in this city. Either way this time, the place nor the food impressed me. The sides we had ordered was Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, fries, and coleslaw. Although the coleslaw wasn’t our favorite it was all so tasty! The chicken was very crispy. The Mac n cheese was creamy and the right amount of cheesy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were whipped perfectly. They were soft. I did wish they added more gravy. They gave a little amount. The biscuits were fluffy and crumbly. People like them with butter. I personally enjoy having the mashed potatoes with it. Great combo! Lastly, the fries were also crunchy and crispy. Nowadays good fries can be a rarity. As for the customer service. The night my guests and I came in the workers were very polite, warm, and helpful. There was a specific worker named Francisco. I would love to compliment his behavior especially! He has multi tasking skills and patience. He knows how to make his customers happy! Management, keep this one while you can! If you’re going east it is on the right hand side going up on the road, like a hill. If you’re going west it’s on the left hand side. It’s also next to a Valero gas station. This Jack in the Box is on its own premises so they have a parking lot designated just for customers as well as handicapped parking in the front. I enjoyed the decoration of this specific Jack in the Box although it was dirty with leftover trash from previous customers. I did not however enjoy the fact that they had two restrooms, but only kept one of them open. The one they kept open there was no lock it was completely taken out and the hole was covered with a napkin. This is not right. Customers need to feel comfortable in the privacy of their bathroom break. I even asked an older Hispanic gentleman if I could use the other bathroom, but he rudely refused.
