I had ordered a Fathers Day Cake from Baker’s Village all the way from United Kingdom and forwarded them the picture of the way I would like the cake to me,The Bakery made the cake even better than the picture I had submitted . I had also placed an order for a bouquet.The best part is they prepare the bouquet using fresh flowers on the day of delivery. Before delivery they make sure to share the final photo of the cake and flowers ,for any changes. A personal incidence had occurred from our side where I had not given proper address for delivery and the team had to visit the location twice to try and deliver the cake and bouquet .Inspite, of all the trouble to visit the delivery location twice and having to wait for the recipient for such a long time ,they made sure the cake and bouquet was delivered ever so patiently. Even when being offered extra amount for to cover for double trips and time taken to cover the delivery,they did not accept the extra amount. Mentioning customer service is their biggest virtue.I have ordered cakes from different places both India and Abroad but never have come across such homely ,caring service,where they go above and beyond to meet our needs.I am sincerely touched by their service.Their whole team is genuinely nice ,warm and sensitive.
