No punch of pumpkin; the crust and little sugary pumpkin on top overwhelmed the filling flavor. We haven't had the buttermilk yet, but it has the same crust as the pumpkin, so I am assuming it'll be similar. In sum: I liked it, but not enough to seek it out again and risk the barley for it. They have always done a great job making them despite our usually complicated special requests. They did an especially great job this last time. The young lady we worked with was great and got it exactly as requested. It was perfect. (I did not get her name however, or I would have her recognized.) In addition to the great service, the cookies are always good here. I assume they use the same icing at all franchise locations, but theirs seems to be better than some of the other locations in Nashville. The biggest reason is the quality of their cookies. I’ve been a huge GAC fan for decades, and the cookie slices I got are extremely thin, about 1/4 of the thickness of the normal cookies. They also tasted slightly different, possibly from the size of the cookie cake, but it was definitely off. On top of that, they do not accept any GAC rewards/coupons, and you do not earn points for purchases here. Placed through UE. Order was confirmed. I got alerts about the upcoming delivery as recent as 1 hour before the scheduled delivery. The last alert I received was at the time the delivery was scheduled, advising the order had been canceled because they were "too busy". So, you're too busy to prepare 3 cookies? Not the big fancy cookies, just 3 regular cookies. And then you want to wait until it's it time to deliver so I do not have the opportunity to arrange something else.
