They have great food and we drive 40 minutes at least once a week to eat here but after their customer service and to see how much they don’t care about their customers we will no longer be coming back. We called and placed an order close to $100 to have for dinner for our family tonight and I asked to pay over the phone because I was not with my husband at the time and he was picking up the order on his way home and I was told no and that she was to busy to type in my card number and she canceled my order. For a small family business that relies on their local community for business that’s terrible business ownership. We would eat here at least once a week and spend good money here. We no longer will give someone business that is to busy to type in a number that takes 60 seconds to do. If you don’t need the business then good for you and I hope it continually stays that way for you in the future. But after our last two experiences with your restaurant we will no longer be coming back.

I moved to Florida and was used to Classic Bakery in Boardman ( do not ship) and Judy's that closed. Anyone ordering from Butter Made Bakery. The original nut Kolachi is your best try. As you can see I tried their products. Got a response from my email from Maggie. Blame shipping. I guess getting their product in 4 days of shipping stale is ok with them. But I think it was not a shipping problem. A waste of $109.95. Just got 1 Nut Kolachi roll and nut Kiffles in the mail today. It was nice that they cared. They are the best products I tried. I ordered a medium iced latte with cold foam and an extra shot. I explained that I've ordered this before and that the extra shot fills the medium cup and there won't be extra room for the cold foam and requested it be made in a large cup with the medium measurements and extra ice. I DIDNT WANT ANY EXTRA PRODUCT! Just an FYI. Every other store has no issues doing that for me, but apparently they're not allowed I was told. The store down near Walmart is owned by the same owner and said that they're allowed so I don't understand what the issue was. Anyways I watch him pour the extra shot into the medium cup and low and behold it fills the cup with no room for the cold foam he proceeds to pour out basically the whole extra shot then stirs it and tops with cold foam. I paid $7+ for the drink for him to dump my whole extra shot down the drain and then argue with me that he didn't when you can literally see the from the counter. Lesson learned go to the one near Walmart or the one on racoon road they both are amazing and have amazing staff. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
