In response to the owners reply. I am not and have never been a liar! I have no reason at all to post untrue reviews for any business. The pictures I took did not have a flash on. It was 9pm at night so obviously I had a light on but no flash! It seems they have a very negative response to every single person who has given them a poor review. Accusing people of being defamatory towards their business. Honestly, they would look better as a business if they admitted the food they delivered to me was abysmal and apologised. I don't want anything from them I was simply making people aware that this is what we received and to avoid it. I did also say that the Thai Red curry and rice was nice but unfortunately that was the only part of the order that we ate. As for it not being tolerated, what's she guna do? Sue me for saying her food is terrible and posting factual information? This is the whole reason I didn't call them, as I didn't want an argument but I will be ringing when I am free. I left this review on just eat but only the star rating was made public. I never ever leave reviews anywhere but the food we received was absolutely disgusting! No exaggeration. The photos speak for themselves. Was also told today by an ex member of staff that they make everything in batches, and then microwave it. I really don't know how people leave 5 star reviews for this place.

Being honest it's not the type of place that appeals from the outside but the food is lovely. Been several times most recently with a party of 12. Everybody loved it, from my 3 year old to the 70 year olds, food is always nice and fresh and plenty of it to chose from. Empty plates taken away promptly and really good service. For the record nobody in out party of 12 was sick, everybody said how good the food was and its a hidden gem!

We've come a few times now, and have never been disappointed. 2 of us went without a reservation as it was a spur of the moment decision to come, and we were welcomed in. We got the poppadoms and vegetable samosas to start with. The staff were friendly enough at the start! My friend ordered onion bhajis which were burnt, I ordered lamb chops which over seasoned and salty. Then we oredered a chicken rogan josh as a main. Which was possibly the worst rogan josh ever,which was suggested by the waiter to try the chicken tikka rogan josh. There was no taste to the curry or the mushroom rice. So when we had tried to explain this to the waiter, we felt he was being patronising by saying we should of asked for the curry to of been cooked a certain way. And therefore I should request this on my next visit. At that point we had explained back by saying there was no authenticity in the dishes which was disappointing. Food is hot, delicious and packed with flavour. We went on a Saturday evening without a booking but we were quickly accommodated after a drink at the bar. Mixed starter was OK and just warm enough to eat, Special fried rice was just too greasy and just about warm, and the so called Special Rogan josh was a bland tomato based barely spiced sauce, definitely NOT a Rogan josh and less spicy than a Korma. Update on issue Sent a message via their website but no reply sent an email to their so-called customer care after no reply to message and yet again no reply Decided to call in to try and rectify the issue as had put the majority of the inedible meal in the fridge and took it with me so I could show them how bad it was but all I got was verbal abuse from the manager who even threatened me with calling the police if I did not leave, tried to reason with him but the abuse carried on. Asked him politely to at least just taste the so called curry but he refused, politelty asked the staff but they also refused. He seemed to think that the message I had left via their website about the issue and then the email to their non existent customer support should be left unanswered as it was a complaint. He kept saying it was not his problem and to contact Uber even though it was the food that was the issue not the delivery. Even when I managed to calm him down his attitude was still the same. No excuse for the verbal abuse from the manager and the total lack of customer care and no attempt from the establishment to try and resolve the issue. Any half decent manager would of at least tried to resolve the issue and the review could of had a positive ending and could have turned a BAD review around.

Lukewarm but I'm saying most likely distance or driver dropped off somewhere else first so not the Raj Fault. However, was quite nice, nice flavours. Nan bread seems fresh and authentic and tandoori chicken tikka was good too. Chips could have been crispier but collecting yourself they probably would. Overall I'll give a 3.8/5 was fairly decent any no bad like experiences in any of the food which is always nice.
