My mom and I had this place recommended to us by our realtor and decided after many disappointing sushi places, that we would give this one a try. My goodness, it was amazing! I have been back several times since and will continue to bring people here. The King Kong roll is INCREDIBLE and absolutely massive. I can eat a ton of sushi in one sitting and have never finished it. Unfortunately, they don't offer hibachi even though they have the tables. Last time I was at Asia Garden, I asked the server about it and they said that the hibachi tables were there when they bought the place and just never removed them. I also want to point out that the fish tanks they have are immaculate and meticulously cleaned. They are always clear and beautiful, which I think always says something about the cleanliness of a place. They do a great job! I'm just looking forward to my next trip to Jackson so I can eat here again.

We waited forever for our sushi. The egg rolls hit the table first, followed by the honey chicken. We were confused and asked about the sushi we ordered first. At first, our server stated that it really just depends on how busy each station is. She then switched tactics to blaming us and stating that if we wanted our sushi first that we needed to tell them that. At this point, I firmly stated that we both did in fact say that we wanted to start with sushi. It seemed as though at least one manager was running the order pickup station which grew steadily busier as we sat there. So, there was no opportunity to bring the issue to a managers attention. Having come from the restaurant industry myself (20+ years), blaming the customer for your mistake is not great customer service. This place has great food and we won’t let one bad experience keep us from coming back.

The combination in the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box is above and beyond any other I've had recently. Tender white meat strips in a decadent teriyaki sauce, perfectly sticky white rice, crisp tempura and miso soup that perfected the meal. The cashier was polite and the server was rapid and accurate. Pricing is better than I had anticipated and I absolutely loved the calming atmosphere. Even the Edison Style Bulbs in the chandelier are a great addition. On top of all that I also frequently do third party deliveries for this location and they are on top of the orders. Almost always ready upon the agreed pick-up time and always packaged correctly. The only complaint I could even add would be that there were a few tables that didn't get cleared in the entire 45 minutes I enjoyed my food. My personal interactions though are always good here.

We were talking in our own native tongue, the cook even being a foreigner had the nerve to be racist and demanded us to speak in English. Freaking disgusting customer service. If you lack judgement regarding your customers who spend a fortune for your services have some decency to understand the scenario. We were a party of 3 and I think we hit at least 8 of them. All the food was hot and fresh. I really loved the Hibachi station. You can pick all of your ingredients . I choose beef, chicken, jalapenos, onions, mushrooms and fried rice. Piled it all up on a plate and handed it to the chef and he asked me what sauce. I chose Mongolian, and Hot Garlic sauces. I loved every bite. I also loved the Chicken Sweet and Sour the chicken was very tender and the sauce was hot and sweet. Our server was a very nice guy and attentive. He checked on us many times The restaurant was clean neat and looked inviting. We were greeted right away by the cashier and seated very quickly. My only critique on the negative side, is that a restaurant that puts as much quality into their food does not have Fresh Hot Oriental Mustard. They gave me two packets of the nasty stuff. This will keep me from returning as that is one of my must haves. For those that do not have my love of that hot mustard you will love this palace.

I am so grateful for his help. We get a great table side experience and the food and service was so good. The cost per plate was very reasonable and when you taste the food it feels like a steal of a deal. When is the last time you ate all your veggies and really enjoyed them! Best restaurant in Jackson for Great food, excellence in hospitality, and the environment was something a little more special than your standard dining. Prices are way up. Portion sizes are way down. Today I ordered s&s chicken combo#10. Price I paid was over $12. Online menu showed it to be $6.50. It used to come packed full of food in a foil pan similar to a pie pan now it comes in a small plastic tray. Had barely any chicken in it. Mostly rice. Pork fried rice had no pork in it at all( see photo). This used to be our favorite Chinese place. So sad how people can ruin such a good thing. They are sure to go out of business soon.

I had the Henderson House Roll and was completely satisfied size wise as well as with the flavor and construction of this beautiful and delicious roll. It is amazing without soy sauce because the spice of the jalapeño gives an extra bite to the roll, but adding in the sauce creates a totally new flavor that kept me interested in the roll till my plate was clean. My brother had the General Tso’s Chicken and liked the mix of sauce and breading thickness on the chicken because it was not overwhelming like you would get from a takeaway. We came in at 5:30, were immediately sat when they were relatively busy, and were out before 6:30. Though it initially seems a little pricey, I would say you receive a serving portion of a high quality that is worth the money spent. My only gripe would be that the wait staff was not incredibly attentive to filling up waters, but considering that there was not an empty table in the house when we left I forgive this short fall and would greatly recommend a visit if you are on this side of Jackson and looking for a sushi roll or other Japanese/Chinese dish.
