Changs, and sadly, this wasn't necessarily how I was hoping it would turn out. Got to the restaurant around 1230pm and it was dead. Next up, the Surf & Turf and the Signature Lo Mein (combo-chicken, beef, pork and shrimp). The noodles were very mushy and somewhat 'shredded.' The meats, with the exception of the shrimp, all melded together. It was impossible to discern the other 3 meats. As far as the Surf & Turf, it seemed more like a Breakfast Scramble due to the country potatoes. Not quite the flavor I was expecting from such an Epically named dish! Perhaps my standards, when it comes to Chinese fare has changed in the last decade, but being that they now boast 'With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core,' P.F. We felt so special to have been able to continue our family celebration at our place even though our family is in New Jersey, Texas and NoCal, we aren't able to be together that often. I felt compelled to apologize to my Wife and Child for how bad it was. I even told my Wife I'd understand if she chose to break it off with me for a day due to this food. It's bad and Pick-Up Stix as an organization should rethink their menu or something because this is an embarrassment to food and the fast-casual restaurant industry as a whole.
