I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant but the service that you guys provided me and my guest was horrible!!! The waiter barely came back my egg rolls had no shrimp. Half of our plates came late to the table, so some of us were eating and others weren’t. On top of that one out of guest crab cakes were so burnt you could see and taste it. After asking for another one the manager(older gentleman) had the nerve to come out and say, “you can have something else but we’re not making another one because that was cooked to perfection and there not burnt with a direct attitude” when everybody looking clear as day and see those damn crab cakes were burnt on the top of that, when asked why not? you had the nerve to repeat what you said. Let me tell you something I worked in fine dine restaurants for many years I’m pretty sure I know that’s how crab cakes are suppose to come out and taste, and I know how service should be given and that’s not how you give service and that’s not how you talk to people . How dare you tell somebody something like that knowing you’re in the wrong, on top of that when I asked for the head chef instead I was told, unless you know how speak Chinese that’s not possible. So make that make sense how are you and everybody else communicating with him if there’s a language barrier. SMH you just didn’t want to make another one, gave poor service, gave everyone a hard time and pissed us all off, especially for me because it was my birthday. Everyone sushi platters weren’t event platted well. Very sloppy work. Seating was jammed tight in a corner, we barely had any leg room. Also my sushi was pretty decent but I should’ve had my own plate, instead I’m sharing a plate with somebody but everybody else had there own individual plates!!!! Worst experience ever I’m not coming back thanks for ruining my birthday experience.

Both of us ordered dishes with chicken in them. The thin pieces of chicken were fully cooked however the thicker pieces were not. Thicker pieces were soft and squishy inside and had a very off taste. I only had one thicker piece in my dish so I pushed it aside after I had a bite of it and it was obviously under cooked. My wife's plate on the other hand had many thicker and undercooked pieces. We're both in our mid 50's and I believe that it was the second time ever that we sent a plate back. It was remade and cooked well but took over 20-minutes. I was done with eating my plate before she received her remade one. That's when the manager came up and felt the need to explain to us all of the steps they take to cook food properly and basically explained that it was virtually impossible for them to under cook food because their pans or woks are very hot. I told him that obviously it wasn't cooked long enough. Like I said, my wife and I are in our mid-50's, we've had undercooked chicken before, this was definitely undercooked chicken. Absolutely no doubt about that. You could taste it. Manager took my beer off of our tab as an apology. I must say that our waitress was great and they were very busy with not only people dining in but they were making tons of carry out orders too. I was actually surprised at the number of carry out orders that they were cranking out. I guess their food quality took a hit due to raking in the orders and forcing the kitchen crew to rush things along. It was a disappointing dining experience for us.

I tried a little and it was very good, although perhaps not the best I've ever had, but maybe close. We had enough to take home for leftovers (yay!). If they could tighten up the service a bit it would be five stars across the board. The staff was friendly and polite.

We ordered a six-course meal that came with dessert but the dessert was not offered nor given. I was heartbroken, it was an important day to celebrate the man I love more than anything in this world. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant. It was the worst.

We had places to go after lunch and pushed back the schedule to meet up with friends, since we were still at the restaurant without the rest of our order. Hope next time is better. Sadly I threw away my receipt and was not able to complete the survey so I will leave my experience here. When I walked up to the counter, half of the food was empty and what was available looked old and like it had been there all day. It was not late. It was 01/04/2024 at 5:45 pm. I asked if I could get some fresh super greens as they did not look good and not enough for a full portion. I told them I had no problem waiting and thank you. (I am used to always having to wait as super greens they are never fresh. However I was assured by another panda express employee a couple of years back to just ask for fresh greens and that they will happily make them for me. (Foreshadowing... lol) The server yells back to the cook to make super greens while he was busy cooking something else. They asked me to pay first and to wait for my food. Approximately 5 - 7 minutes later I watch the cook finish what he was doing and walk to the back. I looked around to see if my food was ready and it was not. The server waved me over and told me to pick something else because the cook went on break. I asked "Are you serious? I have been waiting this whole time." The server, Carmen, rudely replied "Everyone is entitled to a break." I told her "I understand. I worked in fast food but super greens take less than a minute to cook." She NEVER apologized and just told me to pick something else. At this point I was very upset at the way the team handled the situation but how could I leave? They already took my money and it was late. I settled for the old Kung Pao and Chow Mein with the odd smell and taste. I finished my not so impressive meal and walked up to the counter to get a refill on my soda. As you know Kung Pao can be spicy and I really needed a drink. Another server (not Carmen) told me no. I asked if they were serious and Carmen interrupted and said they do not do refills. I said are you kidding me right now? Given the situation that just happened I felt the least they could do is give me a drink here but they refused. (BTW there was no sign about the refill policy.) The other server happily said "You can buy another drink if you want." I couldn't handle it any more and just left and told them this was not okay. I honestly think that if they would have refilled my cup I would not even be here writing this review. Given the current labor market I understand it can be difficult to find the perfect employee. But one thing that companies like Panda need to keep in mind is that as things get more expensive, people will begin to cut out conveniences in their lives. I pay for fast food because of its convenience of FRESHLY cooked food. Adding insult to injury Carmen was set on making my experience the worst I have ever had. I was never rude or mean to her or anyone on the team, which is why I feel blind sided by the way I was treated. It truly felt like it was an Us vs Them attitude as I watched Carmen talk to the other customers after me with an attitude. We all have bad days but you cant take those frustrations out on your customers. All we want to do is have a meal. This experience has pushed a 1-2 times weekly Panda Express customer away to the point where I may never return. The sad part about this whole situation is that it could have been fixed with less than a minute and some communication. The cook could have said earlier he was going to break and I would have chosen something else. Carmen could have just filled my cup to make up to me. Customer service seems to be dead now a days and this experience just proves it to me. I will go find another Asian place that does not make me feel like I am inconvenienced them by buying what they are selling. If your hungry go some where else or at least go to another location and not this one inside of a mall. AVOID!!

I’ve had Wow before, probably haven’t been in a year or so, but I remember it always used to be good. Not the best, for sure, but still average mid-tier sushi spot. Not sure whats going on now, but I would advise against eating here. Take your business somewhere with FRESH fish, and a semblance of care for how they serve food.

The tuna & salmon sushi we tried was quite fresh was served at near room temperature which is difficult to master. It’s my opinion that I consider this authentic Korea-lite. It’s certainly not an Americanized version, but rather a toned down alternative. In short this place is worth a go.

I went here twice, and both times clearly looked understaffed (on a friday and saturday dinner time). This was entirely on the management's poor planning. The staffs did their best, but we (along with other tables) waited over 40min to get our checks. If the management continues to advertise, and brings in traffic, then please plan accordingly! In fact, this is my new favorite restaurant. The food had really great flavor. The appetizers were so good too. The served us corn, cucumbers, tofu, and kimchi. I never had the corn appetizer before, but it was really good. It reminded me of mexican street corn, but the Korean version. My favorite Korean dish in general is the Bibimbap with beef so I had to order it. It did not disappoint. The sauce was so good. It was sweet, but savory. My husband had the Soondubu Jjigae and he was also impressed. Our portions were large and filling. We definetly need to-go boxes. The service was impeccable. When we finished eating the appetizers, they brought us more. This has never happened in any other Korean restaurant. They were also accommindating with my request. I do not eat rice and they gave me a lot of vegetables in my dish. We also had their tea which was an unique flavor. It was very warm and comforting. Everything was wonderful. The cost was also fair. For two people, appetizers, entrees, and tea it was about $40 with tax and tip. Also leftovers for tomorrow. We will be back!!

We ordered late at night before they closed. The reviews seemed to make this out as a decent place. The food was burnt. The order of wings were wet and soggy. There was a hair in food. The food Looked nothing like in the pictures, and we ordered $104 worth of food for our family of 10 and it was practically inedible.
