The $30.90 Island Seafood was very nice but in my opinion, ridiculously small, 6 small prawns 4 or 5 small pieces of Calamari and one fish fillet that would have trouble covering a desert spoon, and a small serving spoons worth of veges, and as for the $12.00 Special Fried Rice, it wasn't very special at all, 3 minute prawns and.........not much more, no other meats and a couple of pieces of Spring Onion. Desert at $9.90, consisted of 5 tinned Lychees and 2 teaspoon sized scoops of Icecream.....perhaps I expect too much....Hot Wok won't be getting any more of my $'s. I should add that my Seafood Main Course was very tasty just disappointing in the size department.

The sweet and sour pork alone was $34, and it was definitely not worth that price. The food was average at best and nowhere near the quality you'd expect for the cost. The way this place is run is an absolute joke. We understand it was mothers day and its busier then usual , but when multiple takeaway orders and people who sat down after us all got their meals before us in a time period of 1 1/2 hours, thats not ok! Yes we waited 1 1/2 hours for our meals when we were their at 5pm because my partners dad had to be home by 7 and were there first which means our meals should of been out first. After multiple times of asking where our food was it all came out in a matter of 5/10 minutes. Why couldnt you do this when we first got there? Not good enough . My mother in law asked for no chilli in her food and she got chilli in it, and my partners and his dads combination omelette were burnt on the bottom from rushing the orders, my son didn't even eat his salt and pepper calamari because it tasted foul! And hes 8 years old and knows what tastes good and what does not . You wouldn't of needed to rush it if you didn't make us wait for so god damn long . No apologies from the staff and no sympathy what so ever . You took 2 meals off our bill but really after the treatment we received it should of been at least 50% off or more. The whole place needs a wake up call. Disgusting bathrooms with no handtowel and a dirty sink, ever heard of hiring a cleaner to make it look presentable? Workplace health and safety need to be called into this place because it’s definitely not up to standard. You need to wake up to yourselves and learn to time manage properly. It happened when I had dinner with a friend in Ban-Na Thai restaurant in the end of July. My friend and I ordered 2 dishes and 2 rice, food was nice but made me very thirsty after eating. I quickly added up what we ordered and my friend was right. So we went back to the restaurant immediately and asked for the receipt. They charged us an extra takeaway dish which we didn’t order and refunded us the extra money they charged us. It could have been a mistake but definitely wouldn’t hurt to get a receipt and check what you are charged when paying the bill especially when there are many people who order many dishes and drinks in the restaurant.

Nothing was under or overcooked. The flavour was spot on. Not too often i wana tell the chefs thanks, it was that nice.
