Our order went in after 9pm and the process of ordering online was seamless the order accepted quickly. Delivery was suggested for 10.50pm we did order very late. Imagine our surprise when the order arrived at around 10.10 pm. The food arrived well packed and piping hot. The amount of food was amazing. Very generous portions. We had a medium Donner kebab with extra garlic sauce. It was well presented and not the anticipated greasefeast. The medium was huge and it isnt the biggest they do. The value for money was great. Similarly the veggie burger we ordered was huge. Everything tasted great. There was a missing item I the delivery but the staff were more than happy to correct it immediately. This was really appreciated at a time when Im really ill. I accidentally phoned the competition to raise the aforementioned issue and praised the man who answered the phone on the quality of the food. Oops. We also ordered a portion of cheesy chips that were the cheesiest chips weve ever bought and a very generous portion. We are very happy first time customers. We will be ordering again at some point... hopefully regularly. My only regret is that I paid cash and due to not being able to get out didnt have enough for a good tip. I will be putting this right next order. We cant recommend the restaurant highly enough. Better hours than the other kebab house and better value than maccies or dominoesor subway or the chippy. If youre craving a kebab this is the place to go.

So the reason I was unhappy was because it took 105 mins from the point of ordering till delivery.
