I tried to order £130 worth of food via their online app. To my disappointment they have a maximum spend of £100. This is fine we decided to call instead to order. They proceed to take our order and then inform us they will call us back with a deal. This is great we wait patiently. When they call back they give us a price of £101 which is a lot cheaper then ordering less food online (we ordered extra over the phone) but then went on to say that they will send a delivery driver to collect the £100 before they have made our food or deliver our food. I have never heard anything so Ludacris in all my life. why i would give them over my money in cash before they have delivered my order i don't know. They did not give the option for us to pay over the phone and insisted on coming to collect the money to which i refused and decided to take my custom else where. I have ordered many takeaways in my life amounting to more the £100 and have never had anyone refuse to make my order without collecting payment from my front door in cash first. Very disappointed in the service i received and the fact that i has to go else where.

Possibly the worst I’ve ever seen in east London. Ordered off deliveroo at 2338. My order didn’t arrive until 0205. Thats 2 hours 25 mins after I ordered. Tried calling them at least 8 times and got through to them twice. First time I got though to them at 0100 they said the order was ready but they didn’t have enough drivers and that the order would be 20 minutes. 40 mins later still nothing so called again and they said there was a mix up with the order printer and order hadnt been made. Which one is it? Pure lies from the off and no courtesy to call me and keep me updated. I had to do all the chasing up. The food finally arrived cold and awful. Avoid these guys like the plague, they are one of the worst chicken shops in London if not the worst. They shouldn’t be in this business or at least not providing a “delivery” service. Unacceptable! Wish I could give zero stars.
