Food wise there isn't much on offer in Bognor besides the British staples but Apla running out of a modest catering trailer deliver something a bit different that really belongs in a restaurant. We went the first time to visit some friends and we were advised to taste the souvlaki there and the portions as well. But today I can't do either! Absolutely appalling service and food today. We ordered via Uber Eats and waited 1hr and 25 mins for our delivery to come. The driver was at macdonalds itself for much of that time. When we did eventually get our food which arrived less than 10 mins from the driver left the restaurant, everything was STONE COLD. So much so that the cheese in the burgers looked and tasted like they had just been added on to a cold burger. The chips were ridiculously pale and flimsy. Not golden, even warm or crispy. The apple pie was so cold that the pastry was soft and stodgy inside. You could tell that the burger had been sitting for an extremely long time before being picked to be delivered. It was awful! You would think having waited for over an hour, the burger would have at least been made fresh (give or take 10 mins) and then sent out for delivery. Contacted Uber Eats and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it had been delivered just within their time frame.
