This place is not exactly local to me but me and my dad travel their most Fridays as in out opinion its the best one for miles. They always give plenty of chips and the the fish is always fresh and you can tell by the taste everything is cooked fresh. I ordered at 10:08 and received at 10:55, however twenty minutes of this my pizza was out for delivery when i live 2 minutes drive away (realistically) and the driver called as he was not sure where the building was (not from the area) I still rate this 5/5 and only one star off for this order. Food was half hour late, stone cold, half of it was missing and delivery driver was beyond rude. I was told I will receive a credit of 15£ to compensate for the bad experience only to find out that is credited to the phone number not the app which I place the order with. When called through to question this the person was even more rude then the driver. Told me is none of their problem and to call HO if i wanted the money on the app and then put the phone down on me before I could finish the conversation. Rude, usless and should not be in customer service. I used to love to order from this place and now I'll definitely not be going back. So many better managed places around with better food quality. Absolutely shocked.
