I order thru the subway app for a delivery. That delivery never made it to my house so I called back the store that then told me they would have a manager contact me. I never used door dash for my delivery so I feel they should be the ones solving my issue. So spent days calling for them to tell me to figure it out on my own. Manager got impatient and raised her voice on the phone when I tried explaining what happened. Not even an apology from the manager.
