It stayed piping hot in the carrier packs. We needed someone to serve, and Francisco and Esmeralda did an exceptional job. I am given a bag to go. No regular sugar for the coffee and wasn’t told until after I was served. Taco had a hair, when I go to tell them. I get an attitude from the manager. I request a refund and she tells me that she can’t give me a refund because the rest of the food is good. I am like, I don’t feel comfortable eating if there was a hair on my food. The manager tells me she won’t refund me until she sees me throw away the rest of the food. I am like ok. She keeps going on why she doesn’t understand why I want a refund if the rest of the food was good. She keeps giving me an attitude so I told her, I am a customer you need to give me a refund if I request one due to a hair on my food. She refused to give me a name. She gave me a refund but kept talking and I walked out left the rest of the unwrapped untouched food on the table. We didn’t even open the rest of the food, with the exception of the coffee which we had put the zero sugar packet. Worst service and experience ever. If there’s a hair on my food, I don’t feel comfortable eating there sorry. Manager was unapologetic and with the worst attitude, another employee on break sitting across from us just sat and watch.
