The restaurant inside is very clean as well, bathrooms included. Highly recommend Over The Top Pita!

I’m not upset about it. However upon getting to the order pick up window before I could even let them know about the error, the young lady asked me what my drink order was. She was very rudely interrupted by another employee stating that she didn’t need to ask me that and that her job was to just pass me the drinks. The employee was very rude and condescending and above all did this where a customer could hear her. To top it all off the drink order given to us was incorrect. When I asked the young lady to call the person back over because I was charged double for a sandwich, she appeared too intimidated to even speak or approach the lady about the issue. Before leaving this review I called the restaurant manager and expressed my concern. I don’t know if I was actually speaking to the manager as the person on the phone did not seemed concerned, had nothing to say and was unapologetic. I am highly disappointed as I frequently visit this restaurant and have always had great service and food. In order to maintain the integrity and reputation of this establishment I urge upper management and the owner to take action. If a new employee is struggling it is on management to properly train and address it away from customers and with kindness and respect. I will leave this review until I know that management as addressed the issue. The young people working there a safe and hostile free work environment. I would hate to think this is regular practice.

A couple minutes after that the second person came and attended me for my order, this is beyond frustrating because I tend to give places multiple opportunities for their mistakes but once I hit 3 strikes in one visit I just do not see it happening ever again. Sorry for long review, I am not the type to just write bad reviews for attention, but when I get my last patience run out I just do it for the honesty of who could definitely go elsewhere for a much better customer service vibe for your transaction!

My wife ordered a cone with the flavor of the day and they mixed chocolate and vanilla and some toppings to make it without telling us because they ran out. They jammed it in the cup and the waffle cone was impossible to get out and cracked. The burger patties were at best 2.5 ounces and cooked way beyond the point of being done. I came here on june 6, 2025 around 5:30pm and dined in and at first I enjoyed my food but to my surprise I was met a with a long grey hair that was on my fries. We had seen locations before, but honestly didn't know anything about them. We recently found out that they were about chicken. We like to try different places that we have never been before. So we decided to try this Zaxby's for lunch. I was impressed with a lot about this Zaxby's. When we first walked in, it appeared clean, from what I had seen. When they didn't have folks ordering lunch, at least one employee was in the dining room wiping down tables and such. And the whole place did appear quite clean. We both went to the restrooms to wash our hands after the chicken. And we both noticed that the restrooms appeared clean as well. So other than the ice situation and a hard to see and clearly understand menu. This Zaxby's was kept nice. Well done to the employees who make this happen. Again, I will say that I was impressed with this Zaxby's. I'm sure not every Zaxby's franchise will be up to these standards. But this Zaxby's was a nice clean place with very good chicken. Other than a couple of minor issues, they surprised us. And it's funny how we put off finding out what they were about or trying them for quite a while. They were a nice surprise. Well done. When customers tried to ask questions, she ignored them and walked away. One of the employees was outside taking customers’ names to supposedly cancel their orders once the Internet came back. First off I was greeted nicely by Sheryl and she was very pleasant. The restaurant was nicely located in a shopping plaza right off highway 27 in Clermont. The bacon, mushrooms and egg added a nice touch to the crispy onion ring and barbeque sauce. Definitely recommend this burger. The garlic aoli is a nice touch on the fries to spice it up. The amount of variations and options for your burger here is amazing. Very easy to go here often and get something different each time.
