When my husband went to go ask about it they said” oh didn’t know you wanted us to remake it” which if it wasn’t already common sense we did ask them to remake it the original time. They would not get us a real manager the three times we asked and when they finally remade the food , it was the wrong item . Finally after 1 and a half hours of waiting for them to remake one sandwich , the cheese was frozen as well as the bacon and it was still wrong . I could not recommend a worst place to eat. Along with the food , the service was terrible and they treated us like idiots and frankly did not seem like they have ever talked to another human in their life .

First of all this location is too compact for the amount of traffic that it gets. There was no traffic controls so things were getting out of hand, The young lady taking orders was taking forever and not closing the gap in between cars. We were in line so long that I only ordered one meal because I did not want to wait any additional time, And they managed to get the one meal order wrong. I ordered a 10pc meal and after paying was asked to pull forward, due to another customer already parked in the foward spot I pulled in one of the parking spaces adjacent to the drive through line. What really made this whole experience so disappointing was not only are the nuggest we've waited about 30 minutes for half the size of what they normally are but they didn't give the barbecue sauce that was requested when I order, then when I asked for the sauce the one that came to the register had the audacity to just hand me one 😑. As for the restaurant itself, it was very dated and the seating was old. Some of it had ripped seats. There were four five tables that were not even cleaned up while we walked into the restaurant. And those tables pretty much stayed dirty. As we looked around for a place to sit we could tell that the tables had not been wiped down and I did notice that when a staff member did come to clean off the table she just wiped the crumbs and dirt onto the floor.
