However, I think the policy regarding keeping employees’ hair tied away should be addressed and is too relaxed, considering I ordered cheese fries and found two strands of hair melted into them in the middle of eating. This is not the first time this has happened where I’ve found hair in my food coming to this location, and now I’m really not planning on returning because I could only imagine how often it happens if it’s happened to me twice. However, I'm not here to review the great food. This is more of a heads up to the franchise. I ordered the Santa Barbara char which is a thick burger. When I took the second bite to the first half, my mouth was greeted by the toothpick hidden within all the deliciousness. It wasn't in the middle of the burger nor was it long enough to stand out above the thickness. It didn't hurt me, but it was a surprise. I order the regular char burger more often than not and there's no way I'd remember that the SB has toothpicks, especially when I'm digging into it when I'm so hungry like today. LOL! Anyhow, someone else is likely to make a bigger deal out of it, especially if the toothpick does poke them enough that it hurts or makes them bleed.
