The staff are always friendly and the food is hot and fresh every time. I usually get the number 10 5 piece meal large sized with a pink lemonade with no ice and it always hits the spot after a long drive. The chicken is crispy and full of flavor the biscuits are soft and buttery and the fries are always good too. The place is clean and the service is quick even when it gets busy. Overall Bojangles in Franklin NC is a great place to grab a good meal on the way home. Good food good people and a nice stop after college.

When questioning why they wouldn’t have chicken the shift manager advised me that at this hour (again 6 hours before closing) they start reducing what they make so there isn’t waste and they’ve been busy today! Two gentleman walked out after we arrived because they’d have to wait 25 minutes for chicken (at a place that only sells Chicken!!!) How do you run a fast food chicken joint and you’re making 16 pieces of chicken at a time? If I want to wait 20-30 minutes for fried chicken, I’d go to a restaurant and sit down and have chicken - not go to a fast food establishment. The manager shouldn’t have tried to explain to me why she was running an inefficient operation that can’t service customers and just direct the team to keep dropping chicken!!

Tonight I went in & ordered 3 thin crust pizzas & a crazy bread. After a 25 minute wait I got my order & went home. On my pizza with pineapple there was roughly 1/4 of the pizza that actually had pineapple on it. My crazy bread was RAW!! I’m not talking a tad under cooked, it was DOUGHY & RAW, with no garlic butter or Parmesan cheese. It literally stuck to the paper & slowly strung it’s way down as the raw dough did like a rubber band! Of course you can’t call & complain because the dang phone STILL doesn’t work! The owner stated in his reply that I could order in the app, that’s great if you always want to pay with your debit card, because that’s the only option you have! I have included pictures below!
