The staff were all friendly. There was a bit of a wait to order, but again they were very busy and the waiter was super kind, so it wasn't a big deal. I ordered a Caribbean Cooler, the seafood platter and a garden salad. The other meal ordered was the club. Both were great. The cod had crispy breading but was absolutely so tender and soft inside. The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked as well. The club sandwich was towered high with thick cuts of meat. The side garden salad was huge and very fresh. We also had the pretzel sticks for an appetizer and they were soft and fresh also. My only critiques this time was the wait time and how crowded it was - not something they can really do.much about. Also they initially forgot the sauces with my meal but they were brought out promptly. Very good meal, very friendly and attentive server and clean atmosphere. We will go back again, it's one in rotation for us.

A nostalgic atmosphere with its diner booths and vintage decor. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fine (made to order and hot) though the World Famous French Dip was dry and bland. The fish and chips entree was also just okay. The 2 pieces of fish were small and thin and with drink was more than $16 for the one meal. We both left most of our meal on the plates. The curly fries were hot and fresh and we were served a large amount. The desserts looked delicious and the french silk pie did not disappoint. All in all, for $50 (including tip) for two people, I would probably dine elsewhere or definitely try something different from the menu. All of the servers were friendly and attentive and we will certainly dine here again but will try different entrees.

Don’t take this at a dig at the workers, they had their fair share of problems like an attitude, but I’d have an attitude too if it was so damn apparent to every person who walks near this subway that the management sucks!! Why would you ever offer Lions Cash to the university students who are a walk away, and then leave your workers understaffed?? I would never recommend this Subway, such a disappointment.

It wouldn’t even have mattered b/c the steak was awful… like it had been sitting there all day & we got the scraps. Please read the many other negative reviews from tons of other customers also saying the place needs cleaned, the food does not taste fresh, most of the employees seem to hate their job or not understand their job duties or even greeting customers and keeping the restaurant clean. Whoever the Owner/Franchise Owner/Whoever is in charge needs to be here in store more often & get these things corrected b/c we want a Chipotle here BUT we want a Chipotle that’s up to the same standards as all the other locations (b/c Fort Smith is not even close). Please make changes and turn this Chipotle around. (Not trying to be rude.. this is constructive criticism from one business owner to another).

So me being so frustrated i just didnt go back in and decided too go somewhere else for his food, he had too wait another 45 minutes too eat and was crying about how hungry he was. The crunch is satisfying and the sauce is really yummy. The tables sometimes aren't cleaned the best but the food and presentation makes up for it, it's understandable why people get messy.
