Customer service at this location is poor. I don't go often, yet somehow every time I do it's through the drive-thru and I'm always told to "pull forward and wait". Does not matter what my order is, could be a simple small wrap, a burger, a gyro, or whatever, I'm always told to pull forward and wait. But somehow other vehicles aren't told the same thing. Today I was waiting behind a truck that had been waiting at the drive-thru window because once the driver got their food I could hear them starting their engine. Somehow though my small chicken wrap required me to pull forward and wait in the parking lot. There have also been times where vehicles would drive up behind me, yet somehow they weren't told to pull forward to wait like I was and I'd see them a few minutes of my wait time they'd drive off with presumably their food. Even when the place wasn't busy and I was the only person in line I'd still be told to pull forward and wait. First couple times, it's whatever it happens. But every single time it starts getting annoying and frustrating.

Food is very well priced and tasty for the price. Customer service however is atrocious. We were handed the “Birria Bowl” in a literal tub full of birria and the guy immediately said “be careful, it’ll spill”. As we were traveling, we asked for an extra plastic container that wouldn’t spill. We were told that they can sell us a container because they can’t give an extra one. The utensils we were given were dirty like something spilled over them. Food is great but when your customer service is atrocious, it certainly ruins the whole experience. Would choose some other place instead next time, not worth the ruined mood.

We recently tried the grilled chicken & that was some of the best grilled chicken I've ever had eating out. Ediberto's will always be our family's #1 go to when we eat out. Which was exactly what I had hoped for. Being on a restricted diet makes it hard to go out to eat. I had heard they had breakfast burritos so I stopped in to check it out. I'm so glad I did. I did stop by the salsa bar just to look hopefully the next time I go there I will be able to try some. I found this place to have Fast, friendly service with reasonably priced food. I would recommend trying them.
