With the heavy snow falling here in Utahl, my wife and I decided to try this place. They have quite a variety of hamburgers, fish and chips, and more. If you don't want the regular big 1/3 pound gourmet burger, you can get one in a kids size. Very smart on there part. We went for the kids size, that was perfect for us. I ordered the jalapeno and bacon, wife ordered the mushroom burger. We should have split the fries buuuuut, they hook you with the combo price, no worries it was fine, we waste fries everywhere we go. Both burgers were delish, fries were just ok, very bland, big portions but a little more good sea salt would have been icing on the cake. It kept them getting the big 5 star. The lady that took our order was super funny, and had a great attitude. (Lehi location). We will visit again to try other burgers and yes share the fires 😊

We got a shake and it was $16. Just know that each add in after the first is $3 because they don’t list it. We got a mint brownie shake with fudge so the fudge and mint that they added was $6. Great place to eat and we really enjoyed the ice cream. The service was great and the staff was awesome. We just went for the ice cream and what a treat! If you have the chance for some good ice cream this is the place to come to.
We did get there around 630pm and it was packed, so we waited a bit for our ice cream. Which it was well worth the wait.
A couple suggestions to improve upon would be to empty the outside trash can more often. Update the tv as they had some minor damage. (However I really enjoyed the soccer games that were playing)

Husband ate this food and got hospitalized same night for getting so sick. It’s been almost a week and he’s still throwing up. He just had bloodwork run and he is healthy- so this isn’t any preexisting illness he might’ve had. He got this illness after eating this food. Need someone to reach out to me regarding this issue as I need to know if there are reports of this happening to others. I stopped by the Lehi location tonight to pick up my online order. It was ready on time, which I appreciated. When I checked the food before leaving, I saw that several pieces of the teriyaki chicken were completely burnt (not just charred, but black throughout large pieces).
I asked the cashier if I could get a replacement piece of chicken that wasn’t burnt. She seemed nervous and went to ask the manager. He looked at it, told me it was “supposed to be charred,” and walked off with my order upset. When he came back with a whole new meal, I politely explained I was only asking for one replacement piece of chicken, not a new entire meal. Instead of handling it calmly, he seemed irritated and told me that since I had touched the food, he had to throw it out.(I only opened the box to check to see if the order was correct before leaving).
The interaction felt very uncomfortable. I was polite and reasonable, but the manager made the situation feel contentious, and even the cashier looked uneasy, almost scared, around him. I eat and order big catering meals from Mo’Bettahs in the area often and have never had a problem before, but this experience was disappointing. The food was good in the end, but the customer service could have been handled with a lot more professionalism.
I hope if there is something else that was bothering the manager tonight, it is not taken out on future customers or his employees.

I'm not typically a fan of Hawaiian restaurants, but this one took home the bacon. The food was amazing!! I got the mini bowl and even though it's a mini dish, they pack it full and got me plenty full. The service itself was great. No complaints there. I waited for 30 minutes out front for an online order. I pulled around to speak to their manager (redhead hella nice) and asked them for my order, they totally forgot about it due to a miscommunication. We usually go to a different location but we’re in the area and love some Costa Vida… but man, we were super disappointed when we got home and ate our meals. Nothing was hot- warm… maybe, but barely. The queso and chips- the chips were super salty and the queso wasn’t filled to the top, nor was it warm. The chicken burrito was pretty lightly filled and both my husband and daughter said the black beans in their meal tasted old and not fresh. Again, not warm. I got the chicken salad which was on the light side, but the chicken was cold, dried out, and lacked in the salad. I will say the guacamole was amazing… but that didn’t make up for a cold, unfilling, and disappointing meal.
Also, I went to put in the website for the survey, but it took me to the app and no place to add a survey or add comments (kinda fishy).

My wife has to have Gluten free items so she gets the Baja bowl. The bowl its3lf is as much as a much as their burritos, depending on the protein that is choosen. It is such a disappointment compared to its competitor C.Rio. Its totally an afterthought and put into a small container versus Rio that came out with its own bowl specifically for a bowl. There was barely any rice or protein, and all lettuce. It looks like a kids menu item and they charge adult pricing. Rio also give a tortilla as a side to go with the bowl for the same price.

I got both a sweet pork and a grilled steak burrito.
The pork burrito was fine.
The grilled steak burrito is the problem. Ended up isut throwing it out. Hard to describe what the taste was like but it was sort of gamey and spoiled/rancid. Now im just hopping i don't get sick.
One of the most awful fast food experiences for sure.

It’s not often I write a 1-star review for places, but this Culver's absolutely deserves it. The cleanliness of this restaurant is absurd and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) would be notified. The ice cream machines looked filthy, the floors were a slipping disaster waiting to happen, and the counters were downright disgusting. I was honestly afraid I’d get sick from the food because everything felt so unsanitary.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed clueless. When we asked them to identify the food, they casually told us to "test it" and "figure it out" ourselves. How is it possible that the employees don’t even know what food is what? That’s beyond ridiculous.
I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at improving their standards. This experience was unacceptable

Good when it's right. I have come here a few times and gone through the drive through. Some of the time, it's great; fast, tasty food. But almost equally as often, the order is wrong, they forgot sauces or fries, spicy instead of regular and vice versa. They have great food. Very flavorful burgers and a good size menu. The Rosemary fries are so good and I love that they have fry sauce here. Our family was so excited to go to a regular fave after the tulip festival. We were starving and hand-picked this restaurant due to past incredible experiences. First thing I noticed was they didn’t have my favorite turkey burger on the menu. But I must must sing praises for this last experience. We ordered the truffle mushroom burger, a sin city burger, smash fries, and a salted caramel milkshake. Milkshakes are made with Hagan dazz, so you can't go wrong there...

Del Taco B&C burritos are my guilty pleasure. My husband doesn’t eat here, however, so every time we go to Del Taco we’re also going to another fast food restaurant immediately after.
Every time we come here, the service is at least 5x slower than any other restaurant we visit right after. Tonight we pulled into the drive through, ordered, I left the passenger seat of the car, walked into the building to use the restroom, waited in line for the restroom, used the restroom, and got back in the car and still waited 15 minutes AFTER that before we moved one car length from the order screen. I genuinely wish I were exaggerating or being hyperbolic in any way.
Additionally, we’ve seen the young lady who works here chatting it up with a friend in the drive through for minutes at a time, holding up the line, because they want to talk to their friend who came to see their buddy at work.
Super disappointing that this is the only DT location near me, after tonight I’m about to just give up on y’all altogether.

I've been to this place a few times in the last month and each time it seems like it's being run by teenagers. Granted they could be in the EARLY 20s. Today was the first day I could tell a manager was on duty and everyone was running fast and efficiently. However, the attitudes weren't great. The employees don't seem to want to be there or like everywhere else being over worked and they're tired. The food quality isn't terrible. At other locations I've seen the tomatoes growing. And it's not like that here.
As for the environment, I don't sit and eat. I grab and go. So I don't pay too much attention to the tables but the drink station has seen better days. It's very sticky on the floor and I'm the drain area on the counter. The lids were all stuck together with what looked like dried soda and it's not clean in the sections where the lids sit. I'm not sure why they chose that lay out in the first place honestly.

Update: Went 12/10/20 @2:30pm. masks required, we went inside and had one person in front of us. It took us 20 minutes to have them make our sandwiches. They had one person working the inside patrons and two people working the drive thru. We watched 10 cars get helped as we stood there. So I’d recommend drive thru over walking inside.

Our most recent visit to Arctic Circle was awesome! We got shrimp baskets. The shrimp was plump, hot, and delicious!! Very good cocktail sauce. We subbed cheese curds (over fries) on one plate and 😱 they were soooooo good! Hot and stretchy and a perfectly crispy breading. Just blown away how yummy those are. The chipotle fry sauce is also really good. Hadn't had that before. We will visit again... Not our first visit to this location. Not our last. Kendall, the manager was on the ball and has the best customer service that not all managers does. He was a really good manager. When I told him that there was a hair or something on my peanut butter shake that was part of the ingredient, he gave me a free medium shake card to make up for it. Which I was grateful. (Should have gotten (3 stars on the shake because of something that wasn't peanut butter or ice cream on the shake. But after what he did change my perspective on making 4 stars on the shake.) When me and my family had to have something fast to eat to get back to watch the 3rd session of the LDS conference, he was speedy fast and was the best manager and worker. Not only that with this artic circle location, they really define "fast" in a FAST food restaurant

Ordered a mushroom burger. Been ordering mushroom burgers from AC for over 30 years. This was the first time I experienced this. After receiving our order, I discovered there was barely any mushrooms, I had to look under the lettuce to find a few. I was told that it was towards the end of the night and they were out of mushrooms. So they charged me thinking I wouldn’t notice. My son had a bacon burger. It was literally maybe 3/4th’s of a bacon strip broken up into three small pieces. Will never return to this location again. This particular Arctic Circle seems to have some serious management issues. I have been the only person in line to order and the "kids" behind the counter sat talking about what they planned to do that wekkend. I finally interupted and asked what thier manager would think about leaving a customer standing there instead of taking his order. The girl (she looked like 16-17 yrs old) said "well, I am the manager and I am fine with it."
Last week I stopped by on a Monday morning and just ordered an ice cream cone. I'm pretty sure they didn't clean out the machine on Saturday because that ice cream was more carbonated than a Diet Coke. I just wonder what the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) inspector would say if he was the unlucky guy that got some of that nasty ice cream.
At a minimum, some training is in order!?!

My daughters went to this location Saturday night 5/09/25. Their order was under $20.00. It took 40 minutes to get their order. That's right 40 MINUTES.
