We ordered online using the kiosks, and it took about 15 minutes to get our food (it's normally no more than 5 minutes). We had two trays worth of food, but they only gave us 1 tray and put the rest of our food in a bag, saying that they didnt have a second tray (there were no more than about 10 other people in the restaurant at this point). I had to ask for cups for our drinks, and the cashier seemed very put off by the request. The fries were lukewarm at best, and soggy. The hot dogs and burgers themselves were fine. If this had been my first experience with a Ted's, I probably would not be returning. I doubt I'll be back at this location. I'll look forward to my next visit to Transit Rd or Sheridan Dr!

Our experience started off at the end of the line with the workers taking their sweet time to make our food, which wasn’t the issue I can understand that due to the being busy. I was in shock watching this go down. I will not be recommending this store to our friends and I hope you take this compliment seriously with either hiring new staff or getting a new manager. Speaking of the manager the entire time he was sitting in the back eating candy (the customers could see him) and only coming up to cash people out when the customers screamed to the back asking someone to help cashing people out. Do better, because there’s way better sub places that charge less than what you do, and there’s way better subway locations out there.
