I said no dear that's fine, Hopefully your day gets better (it's 4 am) and hung up. So I leave the parking lot, drive 30 seconds down to A&W but it's no longer open 24 hours so I come back to sit in the parking lot and wait.... low and behold she now has the drive through blocked off, like I suggested. After being so mean and acting like I was an idiot because she's not allowed to do that. There's no reason to intentionally mistreat potentially paying customers. I was nothing but nice, very polite. These are the same workers who say the customers are unreasonable and hard to get along with. She could use some training at her role and with being polite to people in general. If she talks to people like that at work I wouldn't want to speak to her outside of work. Holy smokes. The whole telling me she's not allowed to do that and then doing it anyway just takes the cake. I'll spend my dollars at wendeys I guess. That's crazy.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’m not sure what I’m more disappointed in, the quality of food I received or the absolutely terrible way it was handled when I called about my delivery. I’ve been a customer of Pizza Farm for over 20 years. As someone who grew up here and now lives outside of the Maritimes there has not been a time that I come into town where I do not order garlic fingers from Pizza Farm. Like any other time I ordered a regular garlic fingers. Usually they are delicious. Greasy yes… it’s to be expected, to a degree that is. Although, today’s order was soaking in grease. The bread was completely saturated with butter. When I called to question what happened and why they were so greasy I was received with, “What do you expect, they’re butter and cheese on bread.” Obviously I know what they consist of I’ve been ordering the same thing from your establishment for decades. But when I pay $26 for a medium garlic fingers and delivery I would hope that it would be edible. And I would also hope that when one calls a business with a concern that it would be taken seriously. Apparently management said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t speak with me. Sadly as someone who’s always raved about Pizza Farm and how great they are this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. After being my go to spot for pizza and fingers for years, this will be the last time I ever get food from here.

More importantly, I had kept the freaky macaroni as a science experiment from my original review because it wasn't looking to spoil. What is in this mystery orange macaroni that's only sold at this owner's two locations that makes it stay new looking a week or so shy of a year? Original review: I'm a KFC Macaroni fan, I'll go and only get the macaroni salad. This location has some gross macaroni that looks like they added a packet of KD cheese mix and dill. I will not be back. After seeing this, I noticed while in a Sobeys that the macaroni looks awefully similar to Sobeys macaroni. Now I wonder if this is just another Sobeys monopoly deal or if it's a legit KFC salad for the Truro areas likes. In any case, if you like normal KFC Macaroni, don't dare order it here.

Often times when you've ordered, even when a single person or nobody at all is ahead of you, you could be waiting another 20mins or more to get your order, & even then, they'll forget to give you at least 1 part of your order & then you wait longer for that. When getting hot drinks, some with spill them literally all over the sides of your cup, & don't even wipe it off so you might not be able to avoid getting your hands sticky & wet. On top of those issues, I'd add that whenever a certain working makes the Boston cream donuts, they're fizzy & taste not like they're Suisse to.
