I ordered the Blackened 12oz Prime Rib med well; Fully Loaded Baked Potato and the Salad comes with all entrees. My wife ordered the Surf & Turf, (6oz Filet & 6oz Maine Lobster Tail) Baked Sweet Potato with brown Sugar and Cinnamon Butter and a side of Asparagus, the Salad came with it. They asked how she wanted her Lobster cooked she asked them to Grill the Lobster and the Filet cooked medium. For an appetizer I ordered the Lobster Bisque for the both of us. Our Bisque got delivered first to us. This Bisque was the best I have had in this area. Next time I am not sharing it as I will order one for my wife and one for myself it’s just that good. Shortly afterwards Felicia delivered Popovers which is Puffy Bread to our table. I believe they had a cutting board on the table just for this bread. She also brough a cart to mix our Salad to our liking right at our table, what a nice touch. The Bread & Salad were fresh and very good. Our main food ordered came out at a reasonable time and looked amazing. My Prime Rib was done perfect, and the Loaded Baked Potato was just that. My wife’s Surf & Turf looked very good. Her Filet was done perfect, and the Grilled Lobster was gilled perfect and very tasty. Her Asparagus was not over cooked it was great. All our food as hot and so good. Felica kept checking on us and made sure our drinks were filled. My wife ordered a Pina Colada even that was good. The Manager even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. Felica brought out a Happy Birthday plate which had a little Cake and whipped Cream on it for my wife. I tell you even that was good. Very seldom a place hit on all cylinders, but this place pulled it off, they hit it out of the park. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I was not disappointed the Food was excellent! My Chimichurri steak was medium rare as ordered , flavorful as it should be. Hunter my waiter was attentive and courteous and made excellent recommendations. He got a good tip for his service and well deserved. We always loved their food and service for years. At one time, had the BEST wings. We were regulars up to three months ago when we walked out after 20 minutes of sitting at a table without service. We were hoping that a second chance would have proven that everyone has an off-day. That does not seem to be the case. We could practically cut them with a butter knife they were that tender. Our side of Mashed Potatoes and the Sweet Potato was also very good. All our food was hot and flavorful. Brenda kept checking on us to make sure everything was perfect even a manager stopped by and asked us how the food was. We have been here to eat 2 times and both have been bad experiences. The most recent visit, was tonight. We went in specifically for the Wicked bar drinks. We ordered one of each. We sat at the table waiting over 25min for the drinks. The server never came back to check on us we had changed our minds and wanted to order an appetizer as well. We had to flag her down to ask where the drinks were, she just shrugged and turned around to go check. Took her another 5min or so to come back with them. She told us they had “run out of cups” so were waiting on cups. The drinks didn’t have the witch hat or the other good witch wand thing inside them. I told her I didn’t want the drinks because the whole point is for the drinks to come how they are advertised. She looked at me like I was joking and nuts. She said they ran out weeks ago of the pink one and something else for them. Why would you not let your table know this when they first order the drinks ? Or stop advertising when you don’t have what you need to make the drinks? The point of the drinks is literally the whole aesthetic of them how they are advertised or there’s no point in buying them. After waiting over 30min to find this out and her not even checking on us so we didn’t get to order the appetizer either, we just got up and left. So disappointed in service here. It’s like the servers we’ve had just don’t care about their tables at all which is wild because their service (attentiveness, friendliness, giving updates, being informed, etc) depends on their tip. We arrived and waited a minute before anyone knew, but it gave us time to look around.  The place is much larger than we had thought and it was not only spacious, but clean as well.  They do have outside seating, but since it was humid, we opted for inside.  It was cool but comfortable.  Our wait person, Desiree, asked what we wanted to drink.  While she was off getting the Diet Cokes, we had time to look at the menu and it was extensive. My wife ordered the boneless wings, plain with a side of onion rings with bleu cheese dip.  I ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch burger with a side of rings and bleu cheese dip.  When our food came out, it at first did not look like much b/c they were placed in oversize bowls. so it was deceiving.  We both thought that the onion rings were some of the BEST we ever had! You could taste the beer batter and it was not greasy at all!  They were crisp and flavorful.  We both were NOT impressed by the bleu cheese dip.  I would love to try some of the Ghost Pepper Ranch dip next time.  My wife said that the boneless wings were delicious.  She was very happy with them.  I can say the same thing for my Ghost Pepper Ranch burger!  It was very flavorful and the roasted jalapeños on top were a great addition.  The heat was good and not overpowering.  All in all we really enjoyed our meal. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was decent, given this is a sports bar.  There are plenty of TVs to grab your attention.  We will be back and think this place is a decent place to recommend people to try.  I think you will find it a good option.  Try it out and see!

I opened up the others and most all of them were raw too from my batch. I could get sick (praying I don't especially since it's my birthday weekend). Besides Salmonella and other food borne illnesses bird flu is also going around and CDC says to avoid raw chicken! I called and was told to send pictures of the raw wings and she would comp my check. I sent her the pics and was told it would take a few business days to get my money back but that's the least of my concerns. I am worried about my health and the health of others if this happens again. I have autoimmune conditions and other health issues. My son ordered the boneless wings and his were more like popcorn chicken but at least they were done. Just a terrible experience. I don't think I will ever eat there again and we were good customers. That said, I will definitely be back because the food was that good and the price at roughly $15 for steak and eggs and pancakes is the lowest in Charlotte county I could find.

Great band American Made was the entertainment. Very, very poor service. Arrived for 6:15pm "Dinner reservation"...there were 7 people in our party. Drinks and appetizers came in good time, but the rest of the night sucked. We ordered our meal at 730PM and never got it...really!! Also waited close to an hour for drink refills...really!! And that was after my husband and our friend hunted out our waitress on two separate occasions...really!! I DO NOT blame the waitress, but rather Management!! American Made is a very popular and awesome band. Management DID NOT prepare, nor did they schedule enough staff on hand. We finally left the OTB at 9:45pm WITHOUT ever getting our dinner. We went to Dean's and had a wonder dinner there with great service and entertainment. I will give this place one more try and pray for a better night out!!
