So unique and so delicious. Our efforts to sample all of the unique flavors were helped by the option to get an ice cream flight, where you can order six mini-scoops for about $8. The prices aren't the cheapest at just around $4 for a kids scoop or almost $6 for a single scoop, but it's worth it. I wouldn't recommend a clear frosting cake, though. We ordered a birthday cake with the clear frosting, and it didn't come out the way I thought it was. We usually look for the local ice cream shops instead of the big chain businesses. The best thing about BrushFire aside from the ribs was the customer service. They treated us like family and I'm not even kidding. They took care of us in a way that no restaurant has. When we told them we lived an hour away and had to take food home, they packed it for us in several bags to ensure everything would stay as hot and fresh as it could. We've been telling everyone about BrushFire and we will most definitely be back. My wife has told me three times to make sure you know how wonderful the customer service was.
