The black cat lobster roll was what the waitress said they were really known for, and I found it to be lacking flavor, but the lobster was definitely fresh. The Bloody Mary did seem that it was well assembled and does appear to be possibly a House recipe. The atmosphere was OK my waitress was really great. However, the hostess who sat me did not seem happy that I came into the restaurant. The way she looked at me and asked me how she could help me definitely made me feel like I was not welcome. I had clearly agitated her because I did not know what direction she was going when she was trying to go behind me to the door to lead me outside. She simply walked straight toward me and looked at me as if I was in her way. I did not know that that door was the only way to patio. I give a four stars because my waitress truly was very nice and super attentive. Even if I didn’t like her suggestion of food… but I would like to give my hostess a three stars, and that is just to be courteous. It has everything to do with our spending $120 + tip for two and to then be nickel and dimed by being charged for each one of my 3 sodas. It is located off the main street on a side street in Hyannis with limited specified parking. Lovely interior and so busy on a Sunday. There is also a bakery connected to the restaurant and bar. All has a a relaxed vibe but it can get a little loud. We decided on the traditional eggs Benedict and the Oeufs Pochés, poached farm eggs over seared crispy polenta cake, housemade spicy chorizo with tomato compote & Hollandaise sauce. We both loved the lightness and creaminess of the Hollandaise. The polenta was crispy outside, creamy inside and a perfect substitute for the typical English muffin. However, the spicy chorizo was not tasty. It was not too spicy; it was not all all appettizing. The home fries that accompanied the eggs Benedict were nothing to write home about. The service was fine. The food for all seemed to take longer than one might have expected to come out, but it was very busy at the time we were there. The bakery was bustling and we got a sourdough and a country sourdough to take home. Both were great, especially toasted. The restrooms and whole place was clean. I am not sure that we would choose to dine in again, but might stop on by to pick up some bakery items and breads if in the area.

I almost hesitated to write this review because I want to keep this a secret. Timmy's makes amazing roast beef sandwiches and pastrami sandwiches. My husband and I can't decide which we like better so usually get one of each to split. They're served on onion rolls and so incredibly tasty.. try the roast beef with their barbecue sauce and horseradish. The pastrami is best with the deli mustard. We've had their onion rings (which were great) but the sandwiches are huge and you don't really need any sides to be fully sated. Note: this is take out only. No place to sit in the shop but there are a couple of cute parks close by on Rte 28
