A lovely little sweets shop… as we opened the door the smell of the fresh baked homemade Brookies carried us right in. I did plan to grab one to go but got distracted trying to decide on what flavored scoops I wanted. Alice, the young lady who served us was just as sweet as the treats, and she was extremely patience as I worked thru my indecisiveness in real time. I sampled the Bourbon Dark Cherry and Banana Pudding, both were really good and made my decision making even harder. I ultimately decided on sorbet since we just had lunch and went with the Raspberry Sparkletini and Lemon. They were lite and refreshing and didn’t leave me feeling heavy or stuffed. The tart of the lemon with flakes of lemon zest helped to balance the sweetness of the raspberry sparkletini. While both ice cream samplings were delicious the sorbet was the right choice. A stroll and 2 scoops for $6.75, was the perfect way to cap the afternoon. However, I will be back for both the brookies and banana pudding ice cream. You have to go here if you’re in Columbia. This is a cookie place mainly but they have u e cream and brownies too. The brownies were, in my opinion, much better than any of the cookies. There were a fair amount of people inside at the tables. I heard the hostess said the wait for a table was about 15 minutes. I just came to place a to-go order. It was a smooth and easy process. I thought the cake was a good consistency, but the icing was not as good as I was expecting and I am normally a big fan of cream cheese. First was monster cake with cookie dough, second was pumpkin spice and last was some pink cake that I forgot the name of. All of them had one thing in common, toothachingly sweet. Like so disgusting sweet that even my kids scraped of their frosting. I had the pumpkin spice which was super dense and seemed either overmixed or undercooked or both. The frosting on the outside was american buttercream with some specs of vanilla, but really tasted like from a bucket. I am also super disappointed that we spend so much on cake and it doesn't even come with real whipped cream. It's from a can of Sysco whipped topping.Just plain disgusting. They could buy the cheap can of cream at Aldi or Lidl and it would be better than that stuff. Or even better, get a quick whip whipped cream dispenser to elevate the whole thing. But back to the topic, the icecream was okay but again, it was nothing special and you can probably get a creamier one at the grocery store. It was half melted by the time it got to the table and it wasn't even hot that day. Honestly would not recommend and would not come back. There is so much to be improved.

It was a complete, hard-to-eat mess. I was shocked she even thought it was okay to serve. I three most of it away because it was a flavorless, gross soup in about 3 minutes. They have so many choices to choose from but, their signature milkshakes are the best. We chose 4 signature milkshakes and the rainbow cotton candy ice cream. Our mouths were watering at the sights of all of the goodies. 🥰 They cleaned and sanitized as we sat and ate our treats. Might i add cuddos for small business partnering with the local schools. They have a cute and clean environment and your welcomed as soon as you walk in. My son wanted Mexican food so we went to the establishment in the same parking area. Yet when my son saw this place he wasn't sure what he wanted.
