We were in a hurry to make it to a canal cruise, so we got there right when it opened. The staff was quick and because of the way the pancakes were rolled up, it was quick to eat. We’re vegan and they had a vegan pancake option which you can substitute in. You can choose from some signature pancake or add your own toppings. We had Everybody’s Sweetheart and Dutch Delight. Both very delicious and filling. We don’t eat onion or garlic, so the Dutch Delight was one of the savory ones that we could eat. I’m sure there are others, but didn’t inquire more since we were in a hurry. The shop is small so you may not get a place to sit. It got crowded very fast.
