Service is slow and has weird quirks? i.e. they gave us sparkling water but didn’t bring us new cups so we had to chug our tap water to drink the sparkling, or mix in the sparkling with still. Forget asking for new cups since the server won’t be with you for another 10-15 min. I has one bad experience here 3 years ago (i was abandoned by the server on the balcony multiple times during the dinner and waited 10 minutes to get a fork after receiving my dessert), but this most recent experience settles this as the vastly inferior steak experience. Please go to El Gaucho in Belltown, or at the very least save yourself $200 and get yourself an applebees 2 entree special. We worked with Mahidhar who was very prompt in getting back to us via email and had a phone call to understand our needs. He set up a tasting for us and also helped us narrow down our menu. Most importantly, we wanted a catering company that would deliver, set up, provide chafing dishes, refill food as needed and clean up--Mahidhar worked with us to create a package that included service staff for our wedding who would work alongside our wedding planner and their staff. Leading up to the wedding, he helped us label which foods are vegan, had allergens etc. We also wanted our guests to have the experience of having a Thali style wedding lunch and he worked with us to provide rentals for 150+ Thali plates which after doing our own research for a long time, I realize is a huge feat. Many venues in the Seattle area don't have Indian catering and don't offer service staff if not catering through them. Mayuri made our wedding day stress free and delivered on everything we discussed!
