We also did not care for the flavor profile of the chicken, definitely had better elsewhere..my son did enjoy his coconut curry braised chicken and it had good flavor, I had the sauteed tiger prawns with thin noodles, my dish was extremely sweet, all you could taste was the sweetness not savory at all, which totally ruined this dish for me it was also very dry too, there's should have at least been a little more sauce on this dish so it wasn't so dry while eating. The food is excellent. Very delicate. Very delicious. Some of the best Thai food we’ve ever eaten. We tried several dishes including the papaya and pomelo salads, shrimp Pad Thai, the beef noodle stew and more. Our server was wonderful and made me do a blind test of some wines for fun. But the yuca and empanadas 🥺 need to be revamped Yuca could be crisp outside and tender inside topped with garlic and lime oil; empanadas the dough needs to be grittier and the meat grounded mixed with some onions and chili leaving room for air to get the crisp. Albeit those are based on my mil’s Colombian GOAT creations. Oh flan was thick and harder than others we have had but it is not too sweet which we appreciate. Instead I was pleased to receive notification that it was ready in just 10 minutes. It’s a busy and congested area so I had to double park with the flashers on for my quick jump inside. I scooped up my order and drove to my lunch spot and was disappointed that they had forgotten to add the chicken that I ordered and paid for. Dollop 16 oz latte is served very hot with 4 shots of espresso that stirs the morning senses with delicious aromas of roasted beans and frothy milk. A dash of half and half puts everything right for my taste buds. The ham, manchego, Brie and sweet potato quiche is heavenly - light, fluffy, savory and silky. Amongst the best I’ve tasted and that says a lot as I’m about to turn 61 and have lived and traveled internationally for decades. The interior decors do have some french essences, especially the furnitures. The drinks are on point and the tarts are exceptional in terms of the ingredients, presentation and taste. We stumbled upon Pâtisserie Coralie as we were headed elsewhere. I'm so glad we decided to ditch our other plans and eat here. We had delicious coffee, latte and cappuccino, a ham andcheese baguette an an avocado smoked salmon baguette. All items were delicious, they did not disappoint. It was all so good we took an almond chocolate croissant, chocolate Madeleine's and a baguette for later. My party would highly recommend and will definitely be back. I almost forgot to mention the friendly, courteous staff, and adorable seating areas.
