The coconut flakes in the vanilla  cupcake was a nice added texture. The cupcake was light and moist. The lemon butter cream frosting wasn't sweet with a perfect lemon taste, not tart but just the right combination. I liked the decorative frosting with toasted coconut flakes. I also enjoyed the chai latte with almond milk. The first taste of cinnamon was soothing and the rest of the flavors came through for a warm and comforting drink.

Reservations were available on short notice and missed the college parent crowds. First time here after hearing about it for a number of years.
